Hi there, can you at least remove the link in Freewayspeedss block? Thanks. Free-way-speeds (talk) 14:20, 1 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This blocked user asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators has reviewed and declined this request. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not override the decision without discussion.

Request reason: "Hello there! My block reason was Vandalism-only account. I actually didn't vandalize Wikimedia Commons. This is not a vandalism-only account, so can you please unblock me?"
Decline reason: ":I dont understand your behavior nor why you waste your and my time here, I acutally not know why you are here, you obviously not have any interest in this project. However, your comment already says who you are. I dont know why you suggest to block yourself for your own vandalism, but yes, thats what I now did. We have better things to do here, this is not a sandbox or playground. --Martin H. (talk) 00:25, 12 September 2010 (UTC)"[reply]

Request reason: "Hi there. The block reason was Vandalism only account. I usually will do constructive edits. I didn't vandalize Commons. I'll do constructive edits instead, and I did not suggest to block myself. Please shorten the block or unblock me, thanks."
Decline reason: "Decliend again. See reason below. --Martin H. (talk) 16:30, 25 September 2010 (UTC)"[reply]

CheckUser evidence has determined that this IP address, IP range, or account has been used abusively.
This address (or network) has been blocked to prevent further abuse.

In extreme cases, an entire network may be blocked to prevent an abusive user from continually changing their IP address in order to evade blocks or abusing multiple accounts.

Administrators: CheckUsers are privy to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy, and therefore must be consulted before this block can be removed.

Users: You may request {{unblock}} through the normal channels, however a CheckUser will review the block.

This account is operated by someone who permanently abuses his ability to edit via IP. The vandalism targets galleries, user pages, user talkpages, the vandalism can be described as "redirect vandalism".

  • Via IP the user asked an steward on Meta that his IP will be locked globaly so that he is not longer tempted to vandalize (Quote: Can you please globally block my IP address for infinite, so i can stop vanidalzing the Wikis?)
  • With this account he asked me to block one of his IP, necessarily a block does not target an IP but the person who is editing via that IP.
  • The Vandalism is persistant, so this account is blocked as created by someone who only absues accounts. --Martin H. (talk) 16:30, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason: "The Ip that was used to ask someone on Meta to globally block me was in San Pedro, CA. South of Los Angeles. Now my IP is 98.177.155.42 and it's in Phoenix. But this time I won't vandalise Commons agian;in fact, I haven't. I'll just keep doing the constructive ones instead so can you please unblock me/shorten the block? Thanks!!"
Decline reason: "It is clear that you are wasting people's time with silly vandalism, breach the block by using IPs and you have added nothing to the project which suggests that you will be a valuable contributor. Bidgee (talk) 02:08, 28 September 2010 (UTC)"[reply]

Its unimportant what IP you use, you not have one chance per IP there is only one chance per person, and that chance You wasted already with your IP edits. Game over - although this project is not a game. The policy does not allow me to list your IPs here (unless you do it youself), the IP that you name above, 98.177.155.42 (talk · contribs) shows a whole lot of simply stupid vandalizing. As long as you not explain your vandalism with the at least 4 IPs you will not be unblocked. This project will not baby-sit you, we have better and more interesting things to do. --Martin H.
