Thanks for all the Titusville photos!
[edit]Thanks for all the pix. There may be a couple of very minor problems, but I don't think we actually have to do anything about them. 1st - the pix will not be considered for the prizes in WLM-US because you didn't take them yourself. I doubt that the prizes were your motivation in uploading these so likely no real problem here. 2nd - some folks may ask you about the copyright status - I assume that they were PUBLISHED before 1923, so that they are public domain - so that's not a real problem either, although if somebody gets prickly you may have to put on a specific tag on each photo, which I believe is {{PD - 1923}} or maybe {{PD - old}}. Finally, there's a rule about using other people's names, especially famous people's names. I've seen something that hints that this is your first name, so likely you aren't using somebody else's name. So if anybody asks about this, just tell them the truth and nothing much will happen. Sometimes I get a bit embarrassed when I have to explain all the silly rules around here!
Thanks again. All the best.

Thank you for participating in Wiki Loves Monuments 2012!Dear Richard Burton, Thanks to the participation of people like you, the contest gathered more than 350,000 pictures of cultural heritage objects from 36 countries around the world, becoming the largest photography competition to have ever taken place. You can find all your pictures in your upload log, and are of course very welcome to keep uploading images and help develop Wikimedia Commons, even though you will not be able to win more prizes (just yet). If you'd like to start editing relevant Wikipedia articles and share your knowledge with other people, please go to the Wikipedia Welcome page for more information, guidance, and help. To make future contests even more successful than this year, we would like to invite you to share your experiences with us in a short survey.
