Copyright[edit]

Las imágenes que has subido son diversas portadas de una revista protegida por derechos de autor. En Wikipedia en español y en Commons sólo se aceptan imágenes con licencia libre, por lo que esas imágenes no se pueden utilizar sin permiso explicito, ya que nos ocasionaría problemas legales. Si eres el autor o el poseedor de los derechos o bien puedes contactar con él, puedes pedir o enviar una autorización demostrando tu identidad tal y como se explica aquí. Perdon por las molestias, como las imagenes son portadas de la revista Politica que es publicada y editada por Izquierda Republicana, no pense en que violaria los derechos del copyright al subirlas, dado que la revista es nuestra. No ha sido mi intención ignorar las las advertencias es que no me habia dado cuenta de ellas, siento mi torpeza. Gracias por todo. Un saludo.--IzquierdaRepublicana

Mi página de discusión es el lugar adecuado. :) Tranquildad, no se toman decisiones drásticas si uno es razonable, pero aquí en commons hay gente de todas las lenguas, y a veces es necesario llegar al bloqueo para hacer entender.
Las imágenes subsistirán o podrán ser vueltas a subir si se dispone de la autorización correspondiente. El autor (en este caso, la editorial) debe darte permiso para el libre uso, modificación y distribución, incluso con ánimo de lucro de sus obras (existen licencias estándar para esto, como Creative Commons o GFDL). Pero sinceramente, tratándose de una revista, dudo mucho que lo otorguen. En cualquier caso, puedes escribir el artículo sin estas portadas. Artículos como es:Time no disponen de las portadas y no por ello son peores artículos. Espero que esto te aclare las ideas. --jynus (talk) 15:27, 9 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
