Hi Roeme, welcome to Commons!
At your picture Image:Apple IIGS.jpg you stated that "Apple Computer has granted permission to distribute the IIgs Owner's Guide electronically." I doubt that Apple allowed "commercial use and modification", as well. Could you please check if this is allowed? If not, the file has to be deleted. --Matt314 09:04, 14 June 2006 (UTC)

I agree that Apple won't allow commercial use/modification, but since distribution is allowed, the unmodified Picture should be okay. Ich werden den ursprünglichen Uploader en:User:Apple2gs noch mal auf das Bild ansprechen, bei anderen Bildern des Benutzers gab es offenbar schon Probleme, da sie gelöscht wurden. Wikimedia Commons akzeptiert nur "wirklich freie" Bilder, also Bilder die verändert und kommeziell genutzt werden können, siehe auch Commons:Lizenzierung oder de:WP:LFA. --Matt314 14:02, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful informations about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.
