The poster chanter plus fort que la mer has been deleted from the article. But Éric Ruel, the right owner has sent a waiver, a message to permissions-commons-fr@wikimedia.org for yhe use of this image. Home you haven't see it. Another poster has been accepted by wiki commons. Why not this one?

- I've left a note asking for a French-speaker to handle the ticket ASAP. It looks to me like the French OTRS queue is ridiculously backlogged, which explains the delay. FYI, for the future, it's standard practice to leave a message on the bottom of someone's talk page, not the top. That's why I didn't respond until today - I didn't see it.
