Hi, an editor accidentally nominated a restored image for speedy deletion. It got deleted without a proper check, and your bot delinked it from all projects. Is there an efficient way to put it back? Best regards, Durova (talk) 21:40, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

See the toolserver log and undo the edits made by delinker. To use this log you must enter the filename with underscores_ and the without namespace prefix and check the "Replacements" button. --Martin H. (talk) 21:25, 6 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Oh dear, that's a lot of work. Durova (talk) 22:47, 8 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Flickr upload bot problem[edit]

I know you're writing you're not very active anymore... but I'm not sure whom else to contact. :o( ... So in case you have an idea what went wrong here and in case you even know how to fix it, it'd be incredibly awesome if you could indeed fix it. :o) [Not sure if that's part of the problem: I was logged into the English Wikipedia, but apparently logged out of Commons when I started the bot. When I logged into Commons, the syntax became messed up. When I canceled and re-tried to upload, everything looked fine in the preview... but then got messy again when I saved it.]

Anyways, whether it's fixable or not, thanks for the bot! --Ibn Battuta (talk) 16:07, 15 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Localisation of Flickr upload bot templates[edit]

Hi Bryan,

Firstly, thanks a lot for this great Flickr upload tool! I use it a lot and find it very handy. Also, each time a user had troubles uploading from Flickr and that I suggested him to use the Flickr Web Tools, he was all 'This thing changed my life!' .

I was wondering if you would mind if I enabled Localisation (probably using {{Autotranslate}}) on the templates used by the bot, mainly User:Flickr upload bot/upload and User:Flickr upload bot/token? From one part, because I am a localisation freak, but of course because non english speaking user can be confused because they do not get that they need to click on the link that says "click this link".

Do you have any objection? Cheers, Jean-Fred (talk) 21:00, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File name[edit]

Hi Bryan, would you please change the name of this file based on this and this requests? Thanks, Gulmammad (talk) 00:57, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I put a "Bad name" template on the wrong file. Thank Gulmammad, thank Bryan. Guy Marty (talk) 01:06, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
