Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Good day. Here is the definitive proof that this file is released under Commons 4.0, released by SSU as war crime evidence. Text can be found at the bottom left: "All content is available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license."

Both the SSU and the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutors Office are Ukrainian national institutions which release their content under Commons 4.0. All citizens can request evidence, and released evidence can be re-used.

In my cited source, Court Reporter, the reporters made use of the released evidence and made use of their right to film/photograph the court, and released the footage with notice: "The use of site materials is only subject to a link (for online editions - a hyperlink) to the "Court Reporter" not lower than the third paragraph."
