OTRS[edit]

سلام. با کمک راهنمایتان از یکی از نقاشان مورد علاقه‌ام خواستم تصاویرش را به ایمیل بنیاد بفرستد و او پذیرفت. از آنجا که خودتان جزئی از تیم پاسخگویی هستید و در آن راهنما هم گفتید به یکی از اعضا آن تیم خبرش را بدهم تا کار زودتر راه بیفتد، مزاحمتان شدم تا هوای این نقاشی‌ها را داشته باشید.

@محک: سلام. فارسی نوشتن در انبار هیچ اشکالی ندارد. من ایمیل ایشان را جستجو کردم ولی چیزی نیافتم. آیا مطمئنید اجازه‌نامه را فرستاده‌اند؟ اگر آری، آیا ممکن است به جای ایمیل، شمارهٔ بلیت بدهید (به محض ارسال ایمیل یک شماره بلیت به ایشان تعلق می‌گیرد و برایشان فرستاده می‌شود). همچنین بهتر است که ایشان اجازه‌نامه را به permissions@wikimedia.org بفرستند که خلوت‌تر است، نه به permissions-commons@wikimedia.org‌ با تشکر 4nn1l2 (talk) 10:30, 10 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Kamranazad: بله؛ متوجه هستم. راه‌حل ساده‌تر آن است که تغییرمسیر در انبار ساخته شود: File:خانهٔ تاریخی داروغه.JPG به File:خانه ی تاریخی داروغه.JPG
راه حل اصولی‌تر آن است که در قخ فنی ویکی‌فا درخواست کرد ابرابزار را طوری اصلاح کنند که به تصاویر درون الگو:Photomontage هم کاری نداشته باشد.
متأسفانه یک عادت اشتباه در ویکی‌پدیای فارسی استفاده از ابرابزار بدون کنترل خروجی آن است. در واقع باید به آن کاربرانی که نامشان در لینک‌های بالا آمده، تذکر داد تا بیشتر دقت کنند . . .
ببخشید که درخواستتان را رد کردم، تغییر نام پرونده ضوابط سخت‌گیرانه‌ای دارد که در COM:MOVE ذکر شده. آن تغییر نام فقط در صورتی انجام خواهد که بارگذار اصلی درخواست کند. وگرنه تغییر آنقدر جزئی است که باید رد شود. عکس‌ها گاهی بالای ۱۰ مگابایت حجم دارند و تغییرنام مکرر آن‌ها فشار مضاعف بر سرور می‌آورد. حجم اکثر مقاله‌های متنی ویکی‌پدیا ناچیز است، بنابراین انتقال در آنجا راحت‌تر است. 4nn1l2 (talk) 15:55, 11 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

باید عرض کنم چون عکس کارتونی شده با اجازه بنده و از روی عکس اصلی که عکاسش من بوده ام ساخته شده من به آن استناد کرده ام. عکس را یک کارتونیست که منبعش سایت زیر است به این شکل کارتون در اورده البته با اجازه و استناد به عکسی که من گرفته بودم. این عکس جهت حمایت ساخته شده است. منبع عکس سایت زیر می باشد: https://www.cartoonmovement.com/cartoon/37586

@Mohamadr za: درود. در ویکی‌انبار فقط تصاویری از تسنیم قابل قبول‌اند که نام عکاس زیر آن‌ها درج شده و واترمارک خبرگزاری هم روی خود عکس باشد، مثل [1]. این عکس‌ها معمولاً به صورت یک کلکسیون در صفحهٔ عکس‌های خبرگزاری قرار دارند: [2]. برخی از تصاویری که در متن خبرها از آن‌ها استفاده می‌کنند مثلاً [3] به وضوح مال خودشان نیست.
دربارهٔ سؤال دوم، متأسفانه خیر. آن جمله گنگ است و کافی نیست. اثری آزاد است که وضعیت نشر، بازنشر، دستکاری، و اجازهٔ استفادهٔ تجاری، و . . . کاملاً مشخص باشد. اما آن جمله معلوم نمی‌کند که آیا اجازهٔ دستکاری در اثر و ایجاد اثر اشتقاقی هست. آیا می‌توان از عکس‌ها استفادهٔ تجاری هم کرد یا فقط مجازیم به منظور اهداف آموزشی از آن‌ها استفاده کنیم و . . . 4nn1l2 (talk) 23:48, 3 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Mohamadr za: بله؛ پایین منبع [4] نوشته Unless otherwise stated, all maps on this site are © ExploreTheMed و نشانی از انتشار تحت مجوز آزاد نیست. به نظرم تصویر حتی واجد شرایط حذف سریع است. با این حال، این را هم بگویم که وضعیت کپی‌رایت نقشه‌ها کلاً مورد مناقشه است. برخی معتقدند نقشه‌ها که قاعدتاً باید بازتابی از واقعیت‌های جغرافیایی باشند، ظرفیتی برای نمایش خلاقیت ندارند و کلاً فاقد کپی‌رایت هستند.

سلام. در منبع همچنین آمده است: Copyright © 2015 rezaee , All right reserved. این جمله تیر خلاص است. جملهٔ «نقل مطالب با ذکر نام منبع بلا مانع است» به کار ویکی‌انبار نمی‌آید. چون شرایط نشر، بازنشر، اجازهٔ دستکاری و مثله کردن اثر، اجازهٔ استفادهٔ تجاری و غیره را مشخص نمی‌کند. «نقل» یعنی ذکر مطلب بدون تغییر. حال آنکه در ویکی‌انبار، فایل‌ها باید تغییرپذیر باشند (یعنی دیگران اجازهٔ دستکاری در آن‌ها را داشته باشند). تنها نقل مطلب کافی نیست.
شاید بخواهید با دنبال کردن راهنمای COM:OTRS/fa اجازهٔ انتشار اثر را تحت پروانهٔ آزاد کریتیو کامنز از صاحب حق نشر کسب کنید. همچنین توجه کنید که در این مورد صاحب حق نشر، کسی است که دوربین عکاسی را در دست داشته و عکس را گرفته است؛ خود آقای رضایی که سوژهٔ عکاسی هستند، حق و حقوقی ندارند، مگر آنکه . . . خیر. اینطوری مشکل حل نمی‌شود که هیچ، با مشکل بزرگ و حاد پروانه‌شویی مواجه می‌شویم.
دانشجویان معمولی وقتی سر کلاس حاضر می‌شوند، قاعدتاً همکلاسی‌هایشان را می‌شناسند، بالاخص سر کلاس دکتری که تعدادشان کم است. شاید ایشان بتوانند با اندکی پرس‌وجو به خاطر بیاورند که دوربین دست چه کسی بود.
اما اگر ایشان با محافظ و بادی‌گارد سر کلاس می‌رفته‌اند (شخصاً تجربهٔ حضور در چنین کلاس‌هایی را دارم)، احتمالاً دوربین دست شخص محافظ بوده است.
اگر هم فرد رهگذری را پیدا کرده‌اند که دیگر دسترسی به او مقدور نیست، ناچار باید صبر کرد تا عکس در حیطهٔ مالکیت همگانی قرار بگیرد.
لطفاً به این دو نکته توجه شود: ۱) ویکی‌انبار عکس‌هایی که توسط رهگذران ناشناس گرفته شده است را قبول نمی‌کند. فرض کنید، فردی به پاریس رفته و از رهگذری خواسته از خودش و خانواده‌اش با دوربین خودشان عکس بگیرد، این عکس در ویکی‌انبار پذیرفته نمی‌شود. ۲) در ویکی‌انبار، دغدغهٔ ما فقط کپی‌رایت نیست. ما منتظر نمی‌مانیم که صاحب حق نشر شکایت کند (و اصلاً شکایت کردن یا نکردن او برای ما مهم نیست). ویکی‌انبار پروژه‌ای است که مأموریت، چشم‌انداز و هدف مشخصی دارد. ویکی‌انبار قرار است مخزنی از تصاویر آزاد باشد، تصاویری که به‌دقت رده‌بندی شده‌اند، توضیحی بر آن‌ها نوشته شده‌است، ارزش آموزشی دارند، و وضعیت حقوقی‌شان دقیقاً مشخص است. عکس‌های مشکل‌دار جایی در ویکی‌انبار ندارند. با تشکر 4nn1l2 (talk) 12:30, 4 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I actually just got these pictures from Google. I'm a new user and these were my first edits. I thought these pages could use pictures since most TV shows out there have DVD photos for each season. I was surprised that no one had already added them since this show has been out for over a decade now. If my edits were not in accordance with Wikipedia policy, please go ahead and remove them. About the Images of Shangzhuang Village[edit]

@Snghrax-Commons: Hi. If Wikimedia Commons is not blocked in China, please ask your classmates to upload their works directly to Wikimedia Commons themselves, rather than sending them to you via QQ. I have no clear idea of what exactly QQ is, but they can also publish their works on image services which allow CC0 such as Flickr and Pixabay, again supposing those websites are not blocked in China. Then you can transfer those files to Wikimedia Commons yourself.
If they are not willing to use OTRS procedure, I am afraid I do not know how else we can make sure that they indeed agreed to have their works published under a free license. 4nn1l2 (talk) 12:38, 10 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I am the Uploader that pictures, Blossom_v.(talk) These photos were uploaded in here after I asked the copyright owner and got permission from the copyright owner in the Twitter. The copyright owner was post on Twitter and I downloaded the pictures in that place and owner was confirmed to let me uploaded the picture if I don't delete the logo. The owner is the Korean, she/he also has URLs for these people before post in her/his status. I'm a bit confused why the name of the file shouldn't be changed to match the source, which does not call it mesolithic. Surely file names shouldn't be pov? The uploader is now saying that my claim that the date is uncertain (ie that the source describes it as mesolithic/historical, which is what it does) is false since the rename request was turned down. Please have a look at Commons:File renaming#Which files should not be renamed? criterion #4 which says "files with copyright issues should NOT be renamed until copyright issues are resolved. There is no reason to rename a file if it is going to be deleted on copyright grounds."
The uploader is wrong in assuming that declining your rename request has anything to do with date of paintings. When I turned down your request, I had only copyright issues in my mind. The uploader has claimed that "this file is part of A proposal for nomination for inclusion of Bhimbetka Caves, in the World Heritage List, and the file is hosted by UNESCO. So this appears to be a picture from a free public domain file." I think they are wrong when they say the picture is in the public domain, so I nominated the flle for deletion.

But unfortunately I cannot correctly give credit to Music In Africa (MiA) for this image because further looking into where this image was used, it can be seen to be used on https://www.musicinafrica.net/directory/st-chika. سلام 4nn1l2! من برای نامگذاری مجموعه عکس‌هایی که از این آلبوم آپلود کرده‌ام (و الان در بخش Describe گیر کرده‌ام!)، به کمک فردی آشناتر به موضوعش نیاز دارم. از توضیحات خود منبع چیزی دستگیرم نشد، گفته "مراسم عید پاک صبح روز یکشنبه در کلیسای «تارگمانچاتس» مقدس تهران برگزار شد"، تاریخ بارگذاری عکس‌ها مربوط به 14 فروردین است و یکشنبه‌اش می‌شود 12 فروردین/1 آوریل اما عید پاک در ایران (نزد ارمنی‌ها) 8 آوریل/ 19 فروردین است. جستجو در ویکی‌پدیا هم نتیجه‌ای نداد، نه با تاریخ شنبه‌ی عید پاک نه با شنبه مقدس (نزد کلیسای شرق) می‌خواند. گمانم باید یکشنبه نخل/عید شعانین باشد. از ‏Modern Sciences هم می‌توانید بپرسید. خودت بهتر می‌شناسی منو، تا دقیقاً درنیابم که چه مراسمی بوده و چه نامی باید به انگلیسی برایشان برگزینم، بارگذاری نمی‌کنم.--Rafic.Mufid (talk) 23:54, 14 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

با سلام به دوستان عزیز یک توضیخ درباره تاریخ برگزاری می دهم شاید پاسخ سئوال شما باشد و مفید واقع شود. درباره تاریخ برگزاری مراسم عید پاک یا به بیان شکل ارمنی زادیک آمده است که زادیک در دوران آغازین در روز پسح یهودیان جشن گرفته می شود.در همایش نیکیا سال 325 میلادی تصمیم گرفته شد که در روز یکشنبه برگزار شود و یک جشن گردان شد.سپس زمانی که گاهنامه دگرگون شد کلیسای ارتدوکس به گاه‌شماری ژولینی پایبند ماند که زادیک را با اختلاف 13 روز برگزار می کند. زادیک یک جشن گردان است و در نخستین یکشنبه پس از اعتدال بهاری و کامل شدن ماه برگزار می شود و از این رو زادیک پس از روز 21 مارس تا 26 آوریل ( از 1 فروردین تا 6 اردیبهشت ) جشن گرفته می شود و میان 35 روز در گردش است.کلیساهای ارتدوکس روسیه و صربستان و لهستان به تقویم ژولینی پای‌بندند که سیزده روز با تقویم گریگوری فاصله دارد . ارمنی ها نیز همیشه از همین سنت پیروی می‌کنند. استفاده از تقویم ژولینی برای مقاصد دینی همچنان در میان پیروان مذهب ارتدوکس حفظ شده است. ایشان عیدهای ثابت را سیزده روز پس از کلیسای کاتولیک که از تقویم گریگوری استفاده می‌کند جشن می گیرند. تعیین تاریخ اعیاد غیر ثابت منوط به محاسبه عید رستاخیز (عید پاک) است که برای همه‌ مسیحیان ارتدوکس یکسان است. نه تنها به این دلیل که تقویم آنان ژولینی است بلکه همچنین از آن رو که آخرین روزهای هفته‌ مقدس منتهی به عید پاک، نباید در روز عید پسح یهودی یا قبل از آن واقع شوند.--Zhilbert (talk) 12:01, 19 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Rafic.Mufid: در این مواقع که فایل‌ها را آپلود کرده‌اید، آن‌ها منتشر هم بکنید. بعداً اگر نیاز به تغییر نام بود، می‌شود آن‌ها را به‌راحتی تغییرنام داد.

@Freshman404: سلام. معیارهای تغییر نام در ویکی‌انبار متفاوت از ویکی‌پدیا است. نام فایل‌ها باید حتی‌الامکان ثبات داشته باشد چون تغییرنام فایل‌های چندمگابایتی و اعمال تغییرات در چندین ویکی دیگر (و حتی ویکی‌های خارج از پروژه‌های ویکی‌مدیا) فشار مضاعف بر سامانه می‌آورد.
جدا نوشتن «ها» غلط نیست؛ نوعی بدسلیقگی در تایپ کردن و ناشی از ناآشنایی با شرایط فارسی‌نویسی با کامپیوتر است. اینگونه مشکلات را می‌توان با ایجاد یک تغییرمسیر به صورت دستی حل کرد: File:Dayr-e Gachin کاروانسرای دیر گچین، کوه دماوند در صبح گاه در یکی از مدخل‌های کاروانسرا 03.jpg (ها با نیم‌فاصله نوشته شده است). 4nn1l2 (talk) 15:20, 18 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Ian Harte: سلام. آن برچسبی که شما زده‌اید خاص آثار اشتقاقی است. اگر معتقدید تصویر باید حذف شود، آن را به روش معمولی نامزد حذف کنید تا جامعه اجازهٔ بحث و گفتگو داشته باشد (COM:DR)

An important thing which you SHOULD know as you are a administrator[edit]

You administrators always reject some of my moving requests for the reason that I am not the original uploader. However, if I request to move a file when I never upload it in the past, the system will automatically reject me and remind me with the message "Be honest: You are not the uploader". I can select this rationale in the moving UI, and it means the system recognizes me as one of original uploaders. The system recognizes me but some administrators don't. This is really frustrating. First of all, I am not an administrator, but only a file-mover.
Secondly, my current understanding is that you are merely "an uploadr", not "the original uploader". Otherwise, there was no reason to emphasize on the word "original." Thus, you should not have chosen the first criterion. However, I am open to change my mind if a community discussion shows that my understanding is not the mainstream one.
Thirdly, the system may not be intelligent enough to recognize that you are not the original uploader, and it may need to be fixed.
Lastly, Wikimedia Commons is a volunteer-based community. You can be the person who fixes this particular "bug" of system. No one should expect an admin to know every small detail about the system. 4nn1l2 (talk) 16:57, 27 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Getting Permission from Photographer[edit]

This file was flagged for deletion today, File:Geoffrey-parker-out-to-lunch.jpg. I uploaded it yesterday, and am in the process of getting the copyright holder to email permissions-commons@wikimedia.org to confirm her copyright of the image.

She requested we include her name and the event link the photo was taken place at: http://wwno.org/post/out-lunch-word.

This may be why the image was removed so quickly. Normally, according to few other notifications I received, I have seven days to have the copyright holders send their declaration of consent emails.

Can this deletion be reversed so the copyright holder of this particular image can send their declaration of consent?

Deletion Parc-55-Thumb-neu.jpg & Der Ritter mit der Ente 480.jpg[edit]

the images date from 2004 and 2018 and were taken from my wife and me. The works shown on them are sculptures from Erich Engelbrecht - my father-in-law -, whose copyrights are managed by the executor - his widow -, which has the right to use images of the sculptures for publications, and also represents the artist before the German Artists Licence Board VG BILD-KUNST(the exhibition is in France, but the artist was a german citizen). These works were already published in newspapers, and will also appear in two books on the artist comming out the next months. These works (same images and others) ilustrate since 2013 the website of the artist www.engelbrecht.fr where the sculptures on the park as well from other works of him in private collections, are visible to all public.

As you can see, these works are already represented on public sites, both as paper or digital file in internet.

If it is not possible to bring any picture of the sculpture park to ilustrate one or another work on exhibition, the ilustrations seen on other sites with works by other artist shall also be indicated fo deletion.

Could you please indicate which steps I shall take in order to roll back the deletion procedure.

It would also apply to many other I would need publish on the same artist.

Hi User:Jjdeav, this is a matter of FOP. There is FOP in Germany, but not in France. It means that you are allowed to take pictures of sculptures erected in Germany, and then upload your photos to Wikimedia Commons. But for sculptures erected in France, you need to obtain the permission of sculptor before publishing your derivative works. Since the sculptor is your late father-in-law, you should obtain the permission from his heirs (probably your mother-in-law or your wife), and then send the written permission to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org. I removed the {{Nsd}} tag. You should have written [[:ru:Файл:Станция Корсаков.jpg]] (note the initial colon) in the source filed. Otherwise, it would function as an interwiki link.

@Jtorquy: The problem is that your photo is a derivative work. You cannot just take pictures of maps and upload them to Commons. You should know the copyright status of the map. Hi. The resolution of the uploaded file to Wikimedia Commons is 5,184 × 3,456, while the resolution of the image found on [6] is only 720 × 480. Since I am not sure whether the license given to the low-res copy applies to the high-res copy too, I raised this issue at the Village Pump. Please give us some time to come up with a definite answer. Alternatively, you can ask the copyright holder to contact our OTRS team and release the rights of the original (high-res) copy. Possible change of Wikimedia deletion policy?[edit]

Hello! I started using Wikimedia & Wikipedia a few months ago, because I and some friends wanted to develop some Wikipedia sites, especially from our country, Romania. We made a lot of journeys and gathered tons of pictures from many natural areas, and we figured that they could come in handy for others to see on Wikipedia. I started uploading some of them, but last week I had the bitter taste of seeing them deleted, 27 of our pics to be exact, although I followed the stated procedure: sent email (generated with "Wikimedia OTRS release generator") at permissions-commons@wikimedia.org and added subst:OP (between double curly brackets) in pictures' descriptions, so they would not be deleted.

I understand that the problem was due to the fact that the author name was different from the uploader's name. However, when you start the Upload Wizard (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:UploadWizard), it kindly tells you: "You can upload someone else's work if the author granted permission for anyone to use, copy, modify, and sell it." Ok, the authors granted this permission, but this is virtually impossible to prove to Wikimedia if the pictures are not found on other sites, and so the pictures will still be deleted. Of course, I only found out about these detail when it was too late.

Can you help in this matter? Is there any way that I can upload my friends' photos (which are not uploaded on other sites) without them being deleted? Is there any way that the Wikimedia policy can be changed and become more friendly? Or, at least, can the people be warned about this matter before they begin uploading pictures so that their time (and the time of other users or admins like you) will not be wasted anymore?

And, regarding our photos: I understand that now it is impossible for them to be uploaded again on Wikimedia, even by their own creator. Can this also be fixed somehow, or are they forever lost in this matter?

@Mihai.cosmin.pascariu: Hi. If you had added {{subst:OP}} to the file pages, I wouldn't have tagged them with {{Npd}} and Jcb wouldn't have deleted them. But please don't worry. The files can be restored with just one click. If the copyright holders have indeed sent the permission statements to COM:OTRS, then an OTRS agent will process the ticket and will take care of the files themselves. You just need to wait and be patient, because it takes some time. (The current backlog is 105 days.) Sicarius levii[edit]

Hi, you moved the files in Category:Sicarius levii that were named "terrosus", at my request. This was based on the World Spider Catalog (WSC) entry. I have now read the original paper referred to in the WSC (which I should have done first).

  • There is no accepted species called Sicarius terrosus, so the name is wrong.
  • However, there are two species that have been incorrectly called by this name, Sicarius levii and Sicarius thomisoides.

I thought that the images were of the first species, but they might be of the second: you can't tell just from the photos, and there's no location information, which would help.

Deutsche Fotothek explains on their webpage that this means the work can be used for private and scientific purpose without fees and using cc by-sa 4.0 license. I was assuming this is satisfying for upload to Wikimedia. Can you please explain what is the official position of Wikimedia for use of pictures from Deutsche Fotothek which are not covered by the existing cooperation of both institutions? Thank you. Hello Plagman. The files have been deleted now and since I do not have access to deleted content, I cannot double-check the specific webpages that you had provided as sources. However, Terms and Conditions webpage reads that "Unless otherwise agreed, the Deutsche Fotothek transfers a non-exclusive right of use for one-time use for the agreed purpose." This does not amount to a free license, which should allow anyone to use the work for any purpose including commercial gain. @Plagman: Reading that page, my understanding is that CC BY-SA 4.0 license is for works whose original coyrights have expired and SLUB is claiming rights just for digitizing them. The policy of Wikimedia Commons is that 2D copying does not generate any new copyright, even if German copyright law says otherwise (Commons:Reuse of PD-Art photographs#Germany). However, it is difficult to judge, because I cannot see the deleted content. I might be wrong, of course. Dear 4nn1l2 thank you for your work on Wikimedia. I'm here to dispute the deletion of the page Alessio Di Zio that was part of the category:Alessio Di Zio, linked from the Wikidata source. The reason for you speedy deletion appears to be: promotional content or spam. I'm a bit confused because I can't see any other info or explanation attached. Hello Howardlovy. Please read COM:Gallery#When to create a gallery. I do not think Commons should have a galley page about a non-notable artist with only one image which is up to deletion request.
