C'est quoi une photo de qualité[edit]

Bon j'ai compris ce qu'ils veulent comme photo de qualité. En gros il leur faut une photo proprement contrastée (pas cramée pas sombre) avec une netteté parfaite partout et tout net.

En fait les mecs sont des pixel peepers : ils regardent pas les photos à la taille de toi ou moi soit du 1000px par 800px. Non, eux ils regardent à 100%. Donc tu as intérêt à descendre ta résolution de photo avant de poster.

About Ocean City[edit]

Je viens d'uploader une nouvelle version de ton fichier "Bay of Ocean City" en rectifiant (je l'espère) les petits problèmes repérés par Cccefalon... Ceci en guise de bienvenue. J'ai été aidé à mes débuts par d'autres collaborateurs de France et d'ailleurs et j'essaie de faire la même chose avec les nouveaux arrivants... même si mes productions ne sont pas toujours exemplaires ! En fait, tu as peut-être besoin qu'on t'explique une partie des nombreuses abréviations utilisées couramment sur ces pages... et, surtout, ce qui me semble encore mieux, qu'on te suggère quelques moyens de supprimer les défauts les plus fréquents. J'essaie de te faire ça dans une dizaine de jours : je dois m'absenter une semaine au cours de laquelle je n'aurai sans doute qu'un accès internet très limité (ou inexistant). À bientôt donc. P.S. : ce soir j'ai mis une note sous ton camion US : le mur de droite n'est pas parallèle au bord de la photo et, sur la page des QI, on redresse les verticales ( parfois même un peu trop !)... mais la retouche est facile à faire.

C'est très sympa de ta part :) J'apprécie vraiment le geste. En fait, je suis assez néophyte en photo, j'essaie de m'améliorer parce que j'ai beaucoup de choses très intéressantes à photographier en ce moment (je travaille dans un labo de physique atomique, d'où mes photos de labo). Si tu as des conseils concernant le traitement des photos, je suis preneur: c'est vraiment quelque chose que je connais mal. Jusqu'ici, j'ai utilisé les fonctions archi-basiques de Gimp, mais je reste incapable de corriger proprement les problèmes de bruit ou d'homogénéité du fond, par exemple.
