Add Kosovo to this map as the applicant country. Also, Bosnia should become a candidate country today, December 15. 31.148.149.254 16:57, 15 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! Okay, I'll paint it in the right color soon. Iktsokh (talk) 16:49, 25 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Iktsokh,
Thank you for your contributions to Commons. I noticed File:Schengen Agreement map.svg is out of date. Croatia joined Schengen Agreement on January 1st. Could you update it? Thanks again.--A09 (talk) 02:16, 1 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Jordan must be removed[edit]

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Major_NATO_affiliations_in_Europe.svg HelpfulHens (talk) 15:08, 1 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Unlike Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkey, Cyprus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Jordan really is not part of Europe or the Western world, either geographically, or geopolitically, or according to historical and cultural criteria (unlike conditional Israel, or with stretch, Lebanon).
But the map itself, rather, implies the visualization of information on the status of all states bordering the continent, including the Levant in the Middle East). Iktsokh (talk) 15:32, 1 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

What Neutral Countries are supposed to be[edit]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neutral_country Of these two maps, one needs deleting and the other needs correcting. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Neutral_countries_map.svg https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Neutral_countries.svg HelpfulHens (talk) 15:21, 1 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

File:3seas.png[edit]

See / Zob. Dyskusja Why Moldova is missing in the map (as coloured), if it declared the same as Ukraine thai it wants to join 3 Seas Group, and did it simultaneously with Ukraine in 2021? NoychoH (talk) 08:57, 24 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi!
I am not the author of the map, I just corrected an error in the source material (Ukraine's border with Romania). In addition to Moldova, a year ago they also offered the possibility of Georgia joining the organization. This whole thing has not yet gone further than conversations (similarly with Moldova), so for now I think this is not fundamentally important. Iktsokh (talk) 12:37, 24 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Ukraine and Georgia[edit]

They should be the same colour as Bosnia here due to a link I will provide. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/0b/Major_NATO_affiliations_in_Europe.svg/800px-Major_NATO_affiliations_in_Europe.svg.png https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enlargement_of_NATO#Current_status TBAG654321 (talk) 20:53, 24 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. If you wanted to update this map post-Brexit, shouldn't the UK overseas territories also be removed? For confirmation, I checked https://international-partnerships.ec.europa.eu/countries/overseas-countries-and-territories_en which mention only Denmark, France and the Netherlands. Thanks! -- Paddu (talk) 08:27, 28 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Iktsokh! Thank you for addition of Cyprus to longevity maps for Asia. I consider also that Cyprus should be there. But please, for this instance of maps reload version without country names. — Lady3mlnm (talk) 19:07, 1 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your contributions to Commons. I noticed File:Military Occupations.png is out of date. Nagorno Karabakh and Ukraine are currently outdated. Could you update it? Thanks again. Asarlaí (talk) 14:19, 13 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, thanks for updating the map, but the description doesn't list Georgia as a Candidate country yet. 2A0A:A549:E52:0:84B3:50C5:C5B7:27A 08:40, 15 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Update request[edit]

Hello.

Can you color Armenia and Azerbaijan also in yellow in File:Dubbing films in Europe.png, without having to enlarge the map, since both countries are still visible in the map?

Both countries also use voice-over, like almost all of the former Soviet countries.

Yours sincerely, 31.200.16.100 07:15, 21 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hey! Done. Iktsokh (talk) 21:33, 24 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you very much! (I am that IP user, but forgot to login in.) Can you put this file also on your watchlist, in case it is not? A user keeps reverting, which clashes with the color labels in that file and in all Wikipedia articles which use this file with its original color labels. File:Comparison of the population of London metropolitan area and European countries.png[edit]

Hello Iktsokh.

Can you add Bulgaria in File:Comparison of the population of London metropolitan area and European countries.png? That country has a population smaller than Greater London itself, let alone the metropolitan area of London. Bulgaria's population is 6,448,000, whereas London's population is 8,800,000, let alone London's metropolitan population of 14,800,000.

Kindest regards, Harashim (talk) 16:37, 29 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I was guided by outdated information from sources that haven't updated their information. But all's well that ends well, and you returned the correct version. Iktsokh (talk) 12:28, 12 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Alright, the references for the airline destination maps are shown under the pic in the according Wikipedia articles. Using those references, which are from airline to airline somewhat different, the maps can be updated. WikiPate (talk) 19:59, 12 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Accepted. Thanks for the response! Iktsokh (talk) 21:30, 12 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
