  • Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
  • All your uploads are stored in your personal gallery
  • Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~
  • Use the CommonSense tool to find good categories for your files (then other people can find them too!)
  • To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:Image:Foo.jpg]], which produces: Image:Foo.jpg
  • If you're copying files from another project, be sure to use the CommonsHelper

[edit] Converting software screen images to SVG

Hi, I'm always alittle annoyed by the "convert to SVG" templates. Do you really expect all these page diagrams are going to be "hand-converted" to SVG? [[1]]. They are ALL computer generated. It seems crazy to me to convert SOME, and it seems crazy to recreate all by hand. It seems to me that unless you can convert the original application (Java Applet) to export SVG, it's not worth the time to think about. Of course I get impatient very easily, so I guess I shouldn't complain when there's people out there without personal lives and nothing better to do. Tomruen (talk) 04:57, 30 June 2008 (UTC)
