File:Hand Boilers.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.) Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Copyright violations
[edit]
Hello CryOCed.
You have uploaded one or more files that are copyright violations. You have done so despite requests from editors not to do so, and despite their instructions. See Commons:Licensing for the copyright policy on Wikimedia Commons. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules by subject matter useful. This is your last warning. The next time you upload a file that violates copyright, you will be blocked. Please leave me a message if you have further questions. |

- Hello, User:LX. I deeply apologize for the other copyright infringement I had made since I was new to the rule regarding it, and the 2 pictures I had posted had normal sources and indicating their authors for permission to use, and the files have no regard for private copyright, it was in public. Did I do anything wrong or did I made a mistake? Thanks again. CryOCed (talk) 19:08, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
- Please respect my request to keep discussions where they started, as this makes conversations easier to follow. I am watching this page, so I will see responses made here.
- File:Holy Cross Church (Bronx).jpg was grabbed from https://midcenturymundane.wordpress.com/2013/08/19/mundane-mondays-holy-cross-r-c-church-bronx-nyc/. There is no mention on that page that the copyright holder of the photo has released the photo into the public domain using the Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication (as you had claimed). File:Hand Boilers.jpg was grabbed from http://www.urbangifts.co.uk/hand-boiler.html. Again, there is no mention of any Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication on that page. On the contrary, there is a copyright notice at the bottom of the page, which clearly indicates that the content is not in the public domain.
- As noted repeatedly above, and in the previous notices of copyright violations (which you blanked out), please understand that unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. Please read Commons:Project scope/Summary to learn more about what you can and cannot upload to Commons before trying to add any more content, and if you're unsure, you can ask at the help desk before uploading. —LX (talk, contribs) 19:20, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
- Oh wait, I understand now, thanks for clearing that up dude, you're awesome, I didn't really understood anything on the rules section because it was semi-sophisticated and a little something for my edges. I will never violate any rules regarding copyright again. Cheers. ^_^. CryOCed (talk) 19:57, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
