Who deleted this work? It's all made by myself! And even the picture, specialy to use it on the wiki.nl-page: Henck van Dijck... I'am new in this wiki-things...— Preceding unsigned comment added by HvD1956 (talk • contribs) 23:26, 16 October 2008 (UTC)

Hi. I deleted this as I suspected it to be a copyright violation. It looked like an advert for the product, and adverts are very rarely free. If you did create the whole thing, then as it is it is likely to be out of scope (as a promotional image). The image used within it would be within scope, but the whole advert would not be. -mattbuck (Talk) 23:03, 16 October 2008 (UTC)

Copyright regeling

Beste men. Van Dijck,

Ik benader u maar even in Nederlands, is makkelijker. Ik zie een aantal foto's van uw werk en een artikel over u op de nl.wiki en commons. Het is in principe niet aan te raden artikelen over u zelf te schrijven of te bewerken, omdat u onmogelijk volledig onafhankelijk kan zijn. Ik zie ook foto's van uw werk en een logo. U bent dus niet alleen maker van de foto's maar ook maker van het gefotografeerde werk (en het logo). Op dit moment doet u alleen afstand van u auteursrecht op de foto's, maar omdat ook het gefotografeerde onder uw auteursrecht valt, zult u daar expliciter in moeten zijn. U kunt op deze pagina OTRS daar meer over lezen. Ik ben bang dat anders al uw foto's, uitgezonderd "De bekoring, de wijsheid..." want die valt onder het Panoramarecht, voor verwijdering worden genomineerd.
