Thanks for uploading File:REMOS GXeLITE Air-to-Air.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.
Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own). Warning: unless the permission information is given, the file may be deleted after seven days. Thank you. |

- Hello, thank you for your high-quality upload, which is very appreciated. As we would like to avoid problems with copyright claims, we would like to have a record of the permission given from your company to post this image under this free license. Please have someone send a formal authorization to our team at OTRS using one of our standard templates, and let me know when this is done; I will then stop the deletion process. The email itself will be stored in our internal records and not visible to the public. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reply here, and I’ll do my best to help. Best regards, Ariadacapo (talk) 06:13, 12 June 2016 (UTC)
Hello, thanks a lot for your message. You will receive the requested e-mail agreement from the photographer and copyright holder Christian Majunke shortly. Please stop the deleting process as soon as the mail has arrived someone of the team.
Thanks a lot for your support. I'm new here to wikipedia and always ready to learn something new :-)
Best regards, Patrick (Mh.pat)
Hello Ariadacapo, why was the file deleted? The photographer sent you the required media permission a few days ago. Please let me know what went wrong. Best regards, Patrick
- Hello Patrick, sorry again for missing your message. The file will be undeleted when our OTRS team has treated the ticket. There is a long backlog, so this may take several weeks. I have opened an undeletion request which may speed up the process. Best regards, Ariadacapo (talk) 18:19, 20 June 2016 (UTC)
Is there anything new in the meanwhile? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mh.pat (talk • contribs) 17:50, 12 July 2016 (UTC)
