Hi Gyrostat,
Photo was taken from Gediminas Jarmalavičius personal Facebook page. As far as I know, photos on Facebook are public photos. That's the reason why I drafted this photo and published on Wikipedia without permission.
If it is against Wikipedia policy, there is no problem to remove photo. Only through mistakes we will get experience to avoid problems like that in a future.

Hi, this is a common misconception. The fact that the photos are publicly viewable online does not mean that they are in the public domain, ie free of copyright. The author still hold the copyright to those images, and we cannot published them under a Creative Commons licence without his/her permission.
