I am unable to upload media[edit]

Unblock request declined

This blocked user asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators has reviewed and declined this request. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not override the decision without discussion.

Request reason: "I am regularly contributing to Wikipedia since 2014. But recently uploading media from the IP range/proxy server 119.30.32.0/20 was blocked by Magog the Ogre. Unfortunately my network falls within the same IP range. I am very confident that I have never committed any kind of vandalism or violated any Wikipedia/Wikimedia policy. I am being blocked for apparently no reason. So I kindly request the appropriate authority to reconsider the situation and lift the block on my account so that I can edit again. Thanks in advance."
Decline reason: "Procedural decline - your account is not now, and never has been, blocked. However, you are apparently editing from within an IP range with significant vandalism and are thus being impacted by the IP block. As your contributions thus far have been in good faith, I will grant you the IP-exempt flag which will allow you to edit through the block. Please see the template below for more information. IP block exempt[edit]

I have granted your account an exemption from IP blocking. This will allow you to edit through full blocks affecting your IP address when you are logged in.

Please read the page Commons:IP block exemption carefully.

Warning sign
This media was probably deleted.
Thanks for uploading File:Shunyo theke mohabishwo.pdf. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Shunyo theke mohabishwo.pdf]]) and the above demanded information in your request.

Re-using photograph[edit]

Dear Roshu

I would like to include your photograph of acne vulgaris on very oily skin in a Casebook that I am writing for GP trainees in the UK. I would like to use the image to accompany a case history of a person with acne, and will write an example consultaiton to go with it as part of a chapter on dermatology. I will of course acknowledge you as the author of the photo and provide a link to the license.

Our website where you see the 1st edition of the Case book is www.completecsa.co.uk

Please confirm if this is ok with you !

Hello! My name is Joanna Bisgrove and I am giving a lecture on acne. I would like to use your photo and, per your request, properly attribute the image to you. How should I name/title you?

Thank you! — Preceding unsigned comment added by JoannaBisgrove (talk • contribs) 12:31, 20 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
