Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

1. Эти файлы — важные. Пример:

Этот файл был столь же важен в своем исходном варианте, без вашей избыточной конвертации. И такое "широкое" использование появилось лишь после вашего изменения [1].

2. А в Pfalzgrafenwappen.svg уменьшается яркость JPEG. (уравнение яркости; еле заметно)

При этом вы заметно уменьшили размер изображения в пикселях (почти в 2 раза).

Transbo

Почему Вы считаете что это спам  ? Я добавляю фото контейнера по теме , в нужную рубрику , в нужный раздел , то что имеется название компании на контейнере не является спамом . Почему не убираем - покажите и уберем (ну кроме случаем типа File:Fesco_container_ship_in_Port_Vostochniy.jpg, когда это изображение используется в статье о компании Fesco [2]). Почему считаю спамом? Потому что ваш аккаунт называется transbo и вы загрузили файлы с крупной надписью BOtrans.ru и стали расставлять эти изображения по разным статьям. При этом свободных фотографий контейнеров в этом проекте (commons.wikimedia) уже сотни. Maersk является одним из мировых лидеров контейнерных перевозок; если сфотографировать достаточно большой склад, в кадр могут попасть их контейнеры. Точно так же контейнеры Fesco имеют высокие шансы попасть на фотографию ж/д перевозок на территории России. У меня есть сомнения в том, что Botrans является достаточно крупной компанией; ваш ник заставляет предположить наличие так называемого [http:// ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Википедия:КИ Конфликта интересов] - т.е. вы, представляя компанию Botrans (об этом говорит ваш ник-нейм), добавляете информацию о вас в различные статьи. `A5b (talk) 18:09, 10 January 2013 (UTC)

SpaceX Raptor test fire image

Hi A5b. Regarding these edits, that "permission" is not strictly true as it applies here, since the picture was posted by Musk and not posted to the SpaceX website or Flickr account. We cannot assume an image posted by Musk himself is released under CC0. That said, I did just receive confirmation from him that he has released them under CC0, so in the end it's all good. Copyright notice from the uploader. Also added to, for example, File:Одиночный пикет в Петропавловске-Камчатском (12 июня 2017).jpg. Which would be okay for BY-SA. But this makes no sense, because that photo was released into the public domain. - Alexis Jazz ^{ping plz} 18:30, 19 January 2019 (UTC)
