Hi, please add a source to this image who can verify that the software is released as public domain. Thuresson 18:54, 10 April 2006 (UTC)
Ok, sorry for that, is my first image uploaded in commons, and still learning how it works... I change the license to Free Software License : LGPL, because that is a screenshot of a free software, and because of that I think is not copyrighted (right?).--JorSol 17:36, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks for your help. 7-Zip is in fact copyrighted, just like any other computer program. But the license LGPL allows you do some things you can not do with Microsoft programs. Regards, Thuresson 22:23, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
- Your screenshot is not of just 7-Zip. It is of 7-Zip running in Microsoft Windows XP, which is not free software. Therefore, it might be deleted: --Damian Yerrick (☎) 16:04, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
