Hi!

As you got on this page, you probably want to use one of my photos.

Of course you are free to use them on your website, in your book, in your newspaper or whatever. Just tell me that you use it there - and go ahead! (Yep,it's as simple as that.)

Oh and it would be cool if you mention me (Arne Hückelheim) as the author either below the photo or in the references at the end of your book.

So far I got requests from political parties, priests who need a photo for their next church service, from several people writing school books and also from a guy writing a book about himself selling porn books in need for a red-light-district-street photo. Everybody is welcome and I appreciate the really colorful mix of "customers" from all over the world I had so far.

If you send me a copy (hardcopy or pdf) of your book I that is great! But it's not a must.

Thanks a lot and have a lot of fun going through the photo gallery of wikimedia commons!

Oooh! And if you have a wikipedia account and a question you can also send me an E-Mail.

Cheers from Germany! Arne Hückelheim

Please may I use your Sundarban photos for a student assignment?

Yosemite National Park[edit]

Huang Shan

Greetings from Yosemite!

I am using this photo in a draft of an International Affairs fact sheet for Yosemite National Park (Huangshan is a sister park with Yosemite). Thanks so much! Please let me know if this is ok...just comment here.

(talk) 18:58 , 6 February 2014 (CET)

Hey!

I visited Yosemite park a couple of years ago and enjoyed the awesome view on a big, big waterfall. I didn't know Huang Shan and Yosemite were sister parks - but I do get the point as they have a lot of steep & high granite peaks in common ;-)

Don't ask, just go ahead and put my name in the references! That's it! Would be really cool if you could send me a copy (digital or hard) of your fact sheet, but that is not a must!

Just write me an E-Mail (including your E-Mailadress) using ->this Link<- so I can tell you were to send a copy:

Diwali Oil Lamp

Hello Arne,

I've never edited a wiki page or wiki user page before, so forgive me if I make an error. I have been looking for an image of a diwali lamp for use in a Diwali blog post on my food blog, Kavey Eats. However, as an amateur photographer myself, I dislike using images without permission from the photographer so I was very happy to find your image, and your note that we could use the image within and outside wikipedia.

The blog post will appear on my blog on 26 October 2011.

I hope this is OK.

Many thanks, Kavey

A Chai Walla at Kolkata.

Dear Arne,

I'am working voluntarly for the Finnish Fair Trade magazine called Maailmankauppalehti. The magazine is also available in the internet http://www.maailmankaupat.fi/lehti/ (unfortunately only in Finnish). The article about masala chai tells the history and the present situation of masala chai in India. And my friend, who has traveled and made research in India, gave his masala chai recipe. I would like to offer your photo of the chai wallah to be used in the article.

Is it ok?

Best wishes, -Emilia Pippola e-mail: emilia (at) emiliapippola.com

Abgeerntetes Weizenfeld (verwendetes Bild)
Abgeerntetes Weizenfeld (noch größere Aufnahme)

Hallo Knipptang,

Also eine seriöse Angelegenheit.

“Harvested wheat field with round straw bales”

Hallo Knipptang / Arne,

Wiki Loves Earth 2018[edit]

Hallo Knipptang,

Wiki Loves Earth 2019[edit]

Hallo Knipptang,

vom 1. bis 31. Mai 2019 kannst Du wieder beim Fotowettbewerb Wiki Loves Earth Deutschland (WLE 2019) teilnehmen.
