- Disculpe, pero la imagen que muestra es parte fotografía, pero hay varias cosas (el fondo, los globos, el regalo, y las letras de marzo) que no son reales en la fotografía. Cuando hacemos un trabajo derivado, tenemos que tener en cuenta varias cosas: esos objetos que usó para añadir la foto, ¿tienen derechos de autor? Por lo general, los objetos que poseen los softwares de edición poseen una licencia. Hay que saber si la licencia es compatible o no. Aunque en resumen, esa imagen derivada hay que reclasificarla porque a simple vista no es una foto real, es una imagen editada en gran parte.
