Kwartieren van Friesland

Beste Udo, Hartelijk dank voor het uploaden van het kaartje Image:Oostergo Westergo Zevenwouden Kwartieren.jpg. Heel goed van jou dat je de juiste kleuren voor Westergo, Oostergo en Zevenwouden hebt gebruikt. Jammer alleen dat je dit plaatje als jpeg op Commons hebt gezet. Jpeg-compressie is voor dit soort kaartjes met weinig kleuren niet zo geschikt: een egaal kleurvlak is na jpeg-compressie niet meer van één kleur. Verliesloze PNG-compressie heeft dit probleem niet en maakt dit soort plaatjes ook nog eens kleiner. Als je het origineel nog hebt, zou je dan het kaartje opnieuw kunnen uploaden als png? De tekst "Kwartieren van Friesland" in het kaartje zelf, zou ik ook weghalen. Deze tekst staat ook al in het artikel onder het kaartje. --Bouwe Brouwer 12:20, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

Inderdaad de png-versie is veel beter. Tige dank! De png-versie is scherper en 5x zo klein. Ik heb de jpg-afbeelding gemarkeerd als "exact duplicate". --Bouwe Brouwer 21:15, 25 March 2008 (UTC)

enige tijd geleden heb je een foto geplaatst van Us Famke in Heerenveen. Stond er op dit beeld toevallig wie de maakster (het is een vrouw weet ik inmiddels) is? Alvast bedankt Brbbl 06:37, 6 May 2008 (UTC)

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications.
