You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Litolividomaliwat, you are not following the correct procedure for uploading a photo to Commons. First of all, you need to give us proof that the copyright holder at Adrian Hayes' website has allowed you to use this photo under the conditions of the appropriate free license (such as Creative Commons Attribution/Share-Alike licenses). You need to get an email letter of permission from the copyright holder of the original photo and then forward this letter of permission to the appropriate department, as described here -- If you need to confirm permission.

Secondly, at Flickr, you are not permitted to apply your own license to a copyrighted photo unless the owner or holder of the copyright has given you written permission to do so! Anything else is a violation of international copyright laws. Changing the license yourself and then uploading the fake permission for a free license to Commons is called "Flickr washing" and is not permitted! Furthermore, Wikimedia Commons only accepts photos with a free license, and the statement at the "Adrian Hayes" website is not a free license. It specifies that "These pictures of Adrian Hayes are free to download for publishing purposes if they are not changed, cut or altered in any other way. Please inform us when using them." This statement is compatible with only one type of license, CC BY-ND 3.0, but this license is forbidden on Commons. --Skol fir (talk) 01:47, 20 March 2012 (UTC)
