I do not know whether you have been paid or not but it is clear that all your global contribution is promotion of a painting from a private collection. You have been reverted multiple times on different projects by different users but continued edit-warring until you were blocked.--Ymblanter (talk) 10:58, 9 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

How can you even be trusted to edit? Like seriously. Completely forget about spamming. Think about what you did and how to change your actions. --VKras (talk) 15:00, 9 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I did not "promote" the painting in a private collection, I simply tried to keep it on Wikipedia as it was uploaded by other Wikipedia users first because it is known to be the most relevant painting of Benvenuto Cellini. It is an important painting and has received plenty of press and scientific attention from experts. Someone, with unclear intentions, has been systematically removing it and claiming it is "fake" or "inauthentic" without any evidence to support these claims. In addition, the fact that the painting is currently in a private collection should not matter as it is still a piece of public human history and has been exhibited in museums. I believe that keeping it on Wikipedia is important, especially since it was removed on erroneous and unsupported grounds. I have since been banned for my clear and fair intentions. They are completely within the rules of wikipedia, again, because they are verifiable and with source evidence. It is one of my first contributions to wikipedia, and yes Cellini is in my circles of interest, but once I am unbanned, I plan to make many more and in other spheres of interest. You better do what it takes to not being blocked again. --VKras (talk) 17:47, 10 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

File:Portrait of a bearded man. Cellini, Benvenuto.png has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!
