You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

作为发展中的中国（仅大陆），2012年全国人均亦就美元6K，从省级水平来看，2012年全国人均GDP均超过美元3K，但以地级行政区来看，地级行政区之间的差异和全球经济体之间差异还要大，全球经济体也就约200个，地级行政区则有300多个；沿海中西部差距比欧美与老挝的差距还要大。2012年全国人均亦就美元6K，划分上，6K附近划为中等是合适的，一半水平即3K以下划为低，高于10K划为高，这种划分切合中国现实际发展水平。不妨参考一下国际组织的划分，像世界银行对全球经济体按人均GNI划分，也就分为贫困、低、中偏低、中偏高和高5大类。以图形直观来进行分类，当然对中国人均GDP适当细分蛮合适的，但过细没有太多意义，对于一个地级行政区的数据，因核算口径的不同，省市二级统计部门的计算偏差有时超过好几百美元。此外，2012年数据多数系初步核算数据，这些数据多出自年度公报，公报中很多人口数据资料不详。很多数据省级和地级是不一致的，你可以比较一下山东和当地各市的年鉴数据。从可比性和权威性来看，对地级行政区的数据，真正可以作为权威参考依据的应该为所属的省级年鉴数据为准较好。目前全球对国民经济核算均使用NAS核算体系，人均GDP使用年中人口计算，年中人口为上年末和本年末人口的简单平均值。而早年的江苏和现在的浙江，人均GDP数据均按户籍人口计算，这种算法不符国际上和国内通行的做法。特别像经济发达地区，未落户当地的外来人口占有极大比重，按户籍人口计算的人均GDP大大高于按常住人口计算的人均GDP。为纠正这种偏差，国家统计局规定按年中常住人口核算人均GDP。有鉴如此，图形仅作为直观的参照物，并简单注明来源。建议简化划分，设立1K-、1K-3K、3K-5K、5K-10K、10K-20K、20K-30K、30K+几个档次更为清晰。Cncs（Talk）1:52 2013年9月3日（UTC）
