Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

You may follow COM:OTRS instructions to prove that you are the right holder. In case of doubt, file without permission are removed.

Thank you for answer. Of cource I can apply everywhere, but I see no point in this. If anyone will be able to just come and delete your images - there will be no point of uploading them. I already showed a screenshot with a RAW file in it (in undelete requests page). Anyone can go to my website (amagae.ru) and find that photo there, same way as they can find my name, email, and even a cellphone number. Well, that's it. That deleted photo was a nice one. Honestly - I prefer not to upload nice photos under CC license. There is a lot of hard work to made a good photo, and usualy - photographer better sell them instead of uploading with CC license somewhere. But Wikipedia was the only project where I'm just uploading them, to make some of my work available for everyone. You can check images I've uploaded so far, there is a lot of nice photos. You can also go to my website and find them there. I do not allow commercial usage of my photos, but it is me who decide where to upload them, and which photos I want allow to use with CC license here. That is why I have an account here, mainly - to upload some of my photos.

Everyone can claim being the owner of amagae.ru. I can create an account RU245amagae and claim you're a liar. That why COM:OTRS is for: avoiding cheating. This is not Wikimedia Commons' work to prove that you are who you claim to be. The photo has been remove because it can be found on amagae.ru (a site really hard to check, I always have "no reply, time out"). You can't upload on Commons without choosing a license compatible with Commons. You can use multi-license: Foe example, copyrighted high definition and low def under a CC license, but a permission is still needed to prove that it's not a random user who has uploaded the low def version on Commons. This is to protect your work.

NonCommercial restriction seems not allowed on Commons, see Commons:Licensing. About, for example, File:A119 Road Vologodskaya region.jpg, by uploading under CC BY-SA 4.0, you have permitted commercial use. If you don't want it to be commercially used, it got to be removed.

Well, here is the answer about website: http://amagae.ru/temp/hello.txt and about commercial usage - you can notice that I not uploaded everything here. Images that I'm uploading here possible to use anywhere but they who uses them - should show who is the author. That is why I'm uploading images here - for public use.

- Потому-что художник так видит. На самом деле проблема (ProPhoto > sRGB) только в старых изображениях, которые я либо уже заменил, либо не заменял по какой-либо причине. --RU245

Round 2 of Picture of the Year 2017 is open!

You are receiving this message because you voted in R1 of the 2017 Picture of the Year contest, but not yet in R2.

Dear RU245,

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the second round of the 2017 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the twelfth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2017) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year were entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

There are two total rounds of voting. In the first round, you voted for as many images as you liked. In Round 1, there were 1475 candidate images. There are 58 finalists in Round 2, comprised of the top 30 overall as well as the top 2 from each sub-category.

In the final round, you may vote for a maximum of three images. The image with the most votes will become the Picture of the Year 2017.

Round 2 will end on 22 July 2018, 23:59 UTC.
