Getting help

More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.
Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful.

Made a mistake?

Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it.
Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Hi, I noticed you uploaded an image related to the constitution of Angang, and Wikipedia follows a rather strict set of rules for access to images, so may I ask how that image came to be? If the image does not have the appropriate copyrights, it may be requested for deletion.

关于作品背景图（下称“作品”）的信息

作品为王崇伦（右）和工友同志一起研究加工矿山破碎机备件，创作于1950年代初的朝鲜战争时期，地点为中华人民共和国。选自中华人民共和国政府网站辽宁省档案馆的文章《致敬最可爱的人--纪念中国人民志愿军抗美援朝出国作战70周年档案文献专题展览（三）》（下称该文章）。该文章并非作品原发表文章，原发表文章发表于1950年代初的鞍山钢铁公司的职工报纸（发表至今已逾50年），但作者和原发表文章皆已失佚。

我使用作品不违反《中华人民共和国著作权法（下称<版权法>》

根据《版权法》，我使用了作品的汇编权。根据《版权法》，作品属于视听作品。而根据《版权法》第二章第三节第二十三条，汇编权在视听作品被发表的第50年的12月31日后（背景图作品发表至今已逾50年）不受《版权法》保护。所以我使用该背景图作品不违反《中华人民共和国著作权法》，即符合版权赛里斯幻想工程师 (talk) 12:35, 15 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
