Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

A file that you have uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, File:森安五郎2.jpg, was missing information about where it comes from or who created it, which is needed to verify its copyright status. The file probably has been deleted. If you've got all required information, request undeletion providing this information and the link to the concerned file ([[:File:森安五郎2.jpg]]). If you created the content yourself, enter {{Own}} as the source. If you did not add a licensing template, you must add one. You may use, for example, {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} or {{Cc-zero}} to release certain rights to your work. あきらかに何らかの印刷物をスキャンまたは撮影したファイルですが、その印刷物の出典や作者についての情報がなく著作権の状況を検証できません。ファイル説明ページを編集して出典に関する情報を追加してください。出典が明確にされなければ、このファイルは7日間経過後に削除されます。

プリントされた写真をさらにデジタル撮影したファイルだと思われますが、ファイルの概要のうち日付・原典・作者には元の写真についての撮影日・所蔵者・撮影者を記述してください（不明の場合は「不明」）。こうした古い写真の場合、写真自体はパブリックドメインの状態にある可能性が高く、著作権上の問題があるとは考えにくいですが、利用許諾の必要の有無を検証するためにこれらの情報が必要です。

なんらかの文書をスキャンしたファイルだと思われますが、ファイルの概要のうち日付・原典・作者には元の文書についての作成日・所蔵者・作成者を記述してください（不明の場合は「不明」）。これはかなり前に死去した人物の署名ですので、署名された文書自体はパブリックドメインの状態にある可能性が高く、著作権上の問題があるとは考えにくいですが、文書およびそのスキャンについて利用許諾の必要の有無を検証するためにこれらの情報が必要です。
