ERODM

[edit]

ERODM Stands for Examination Rooms Observers Data Manager

برنامج إعداد كشوف ملاحظين و لجان الإمتحانات My proposal is about my innovated software application which I called “Examination rooms observers data manager “ERODM will be focused in using technology to enhance our ability to bridge the theory-practice gap through assisting teachers in the design of assessment and marking procedures through Innovative ways to assess large classes, group work and critical thinking and discovering new opportunities and challenges for assessment policies and systems. Its is very simple application and any teacher can learn it very easy in just few minutes it will save time and efforts for Examination rooms observers manager and his observers in each school around Egypt it saves about 1 hour of effort and work time /examination day for observers manager and 10 min of effort and work time /examination day for each observer . Example If we have a school which has 50 observers the examination process will take about 10 days so The program will save observers effort and work time = 50 teachers * 10 min *10 days = 5000 min = 5000/60 i.e about 83.33 hours of effort and work time The program will save observers manger effort and work time = 1 h * 10 days = 10 h The total saving of effort and work time for that school which will use “Examination rooms observers data manager “ ERODM application = 10 + 83.33 = 93.33 hours in one examination period so if the school has 4 examination periods 2 midterm exams and 2 final term exams the total saving of effort and work time for that school per year = 93.33 * 4 = 373.33 hours / year A report issued by the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) in March 2017 the number of pupils and schools for the year 2016/2017 shows that the total number of schools in Egypt reached 52,664 schools, of which 45,279 were public schools and 7,238 private schools. https://www.youm7.com/story/2018/3/24/%D8%AE%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%B7%D8%A9-%D9%85%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%B3-%D9%85%D8%B5%D8%B1-45-%D8%A3%D9%84%D9%81-%D9%85%D8%AF%D8%B1%D8%B3%D8%A9-%D8%AD%D9%83%D9%88%D9%85%D9%8A%D8%A9-%D9%887-%D8%A2%D9%84%D8%A7%D9%81-%D8%AE%D8%A7%D8%B5%D8%A9/3709806

So If the Egyptian ministry of Education will use my application “Examination rooms observers data manager “ ERODM The saving time of effort and work time during the examination work around a year in all its schools will be calculated as = 52,664 schools * 373.33 hours/school = 19661227 hours
