Thanks for uploading Image:Don_Mazza_benedizione_missionari.jpg. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikimedia Commons (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page. If the content is a derivative of a copyrighted work, you need to supply the names and a licence of the original authors as well.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag, then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{self|cc-by-sa-3.0}} to release it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license or {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. I noticed you've uploaded one or more images and I thought I should turn your attention to a common error.
Please give some thought to writing a good description of uploaded images. This ensures that they can be used. It also helps those that review and improve categories do a better job, which also ensures that images will get used in novel and interesting ways. Categorie

Ciao! Ti inviterei a dare delle migliori categorie alle immagini che carichi, perché quelle che dai sono troppo generiche. "Paintings" non va bene, ad esempio, mentre una stampa dovrebbe andare in una sottocategoria di "Etchings". Prendi il tempo di esplorare l'albero delle categorie e di leggere le pagine d'aiuto. I quadri possono (e dovrebbero) essere categorizzati per autore, per paese, per epoca, per stile… --Ruthven (msg) 20:13, 28 January 2017 (UTC)

La conosco la legge sul diritto d'autore visto che qui su Commons sono admin. Solo che non si taggano indiscriminatamente fotografie senza osservare l'originalità architettonica, che è criterio dirimente, oltre a non considerare che in Italia è la proprietà materiale del bene che fa aggio su quella intellettuale (infatti non ci sono cause per noFop in Italia, chiediti perché). Più in generale non stai facendo un buon servizio, stai solo dando in pasto a chi non conosce la legge italiana foto buone. -- SERGIO ^{(aka the Blackcat)} 11:40, 19 April 2017 (UTC)

Non metto in dubbio quanto scrivi, avrei qualche dubbio sul "come". Tuttavia se sei certo di quanto scrivi sarebbe veramente molto utile che tu intervenissi a recuperare quanto qui è stato cancellato immagino, da quello che mi fai capire, da amministratori di commons incompetenti; un intervento sarebbe necessario anche su WP considerato che alcuni tuoi colleghi amministratori hanno fatto la cancellazione immediata di immagini. Al link che ti ho indicato ci sono centinaia di foto che andranno in cancellazione. Alcuni tuoi colleghi amministratori hanno dato indicazioni sulla cancellazione che corrisponde a quanto ti ho scritto in precedenza. Infine vorrei ricordarti il principio, valido in tutti i progetti wiki, della buona fede che non autorizza alcun utente ad interpellarne un altro con lo stile che hai avuto nel tuo primo intervento sulla mia talk--Emmepici (talk) 12:01, 19 April 2017 (UTC)

Tu sei intelligente e hai capito bene cosa intendo. Già mi devo difendere da quelli che mi mettono in PdC per no-FoP la fontana dei Quattro Fiumi a piazza Navona, come è successo adesso, e stiamo parlando di un'opera del XVII secolo. Non voglio attendermi che mo' pure gli italiani si mettano a remare contro. Ti volevo segnalare che i libri si categorizzano per anno, vedi File:Giovanni Castrogiovanni - Il Sussidiario.jpg, altrimenti nella categoria Books finisce l'impossibile. Inoltre Commons:Deletion requests/File:Mappa San Francesco 1581 ingrandimento.jpg era totalmente ingiustificata: si tratta della riproduzione di una mappa del 1581: il copyright è scaduto da un pezzo (poi vabbe' che ci sta un amministratore stonato che lo cancella senza controllare, ma non vuol dire). Don Mazza

C'è qualcosa che non quadra in questa foto. D'accordo, è uno scan e pure fatto male di un'immagine a stampa (lo si capisce dalla retinatura), ma l'opera risulta essere di un certo B. Ronca. Ora, di B. Ronca c'è solo Benvenuto Ronca (1881-1944) che sarà pure pubblico dominio (magari non nel 2007 quando l'immagine fu caricata) ma pone un problemino. Si tratta di quel B. Ronca? Don Mazza è morto nel 1865, si tratta di un quadro postumo? Da dove viene la foto? Ci sono altre informazioni al riguardo? -- SERGIO ^{(aka the Blackcat)} 08:38, 13 July 2017 (UTC)
