Hello Martin van Baal, I deleted this file because the lower part of the image was cut off. Please also have a look at File:Rheinufer Beuel 04.jpg where a smaller part of the image is cut off as well. Maybe you have undamaged versions of one or both files so you could upload them or overwrite the existing file (in case of File:Rheinufer Beuel 04.jpg). Best regards--Leit (talk) 16:54, 7 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Leit! Thank you for the hint. I did another upload of the file just now, but the effect is the same. My impression is, that the file uploader or the tool which generates previews of different sizes to choose of cannot handle pictures with uncommon ratio. If you click through the different preview resolutions you'll see that some of them are okay, others look like the bottom of the picture got cut off. So Iam not shure what to do. Maybe I'll upload some other pictures from the same place with standard sizing....

later: Since I checked the file in another browser it looks okay, maybe I was fooled by browser cache effects! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Martin van Baal (talk • contribs) 19:30, 9 May 2018 (UTC) --Martin van Baal (talk) 19:16, 9 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! You were probably indeed fooled by the browser cache. I just restored File:Rheinufer Beuel.jpg in case you would like to upload an undamaged file version there as well.--Leit (talk) 09:08, 10 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
