I categorized the images from places I knew and forwarded the message to user:Platonides. Maybe he can easily the remaining images from Spain. Nominaciones al azar ???

Creo que has dicho que yo hago nominaciones de borrrado de fotos al azar, la verdad es que no he entendido casi nada de lo que has dicho, yo no se inglés, en cualquier caso me parece una falta de respecto responder en inglés a alguien que escribe en castellano. Me ratifico totalmente en mis nominaciones a borrado, éstas junto a varias docenas de fotos de Sabadell deberían se borradas, unas por su pésima calidad como fotografía, otras porque no aportan nada nuevo y otras por estar repetidas. Es absurdo e inútil repetir una y otra vez las mismas fotos de los mismos edificios, incluso aunque le canvies un poco el ángulo, ya que no aportan nada nuevo, y generalmente suelen ser bastante malas. Estos usuarios que hacen fotos de forma indiscriminada han convertido la categoría de monumentos de sabadell en un auténtico caos, ya que ni tan siquiera se dignan en colocar sus fotos en categorías y como cada usuario nuevo repiten la fotos ya existentes las fotos de cada edificio se encuentran esparcidas por toda la página. Por cierto, efectivamente, yo hice la foto "Hotel España, Sabadell", asi como varios cientos mas. No tengo niguna intención de entrar en ninguna guerra con nadie y tampoco voy a responder a ningún comentario mas, ya que estoy en profundo desacuerdo contigo y con varios de estos usuarios y el hablar no sirve de nada, vosotros tenéis vuestras opiniones y yo tengo las mías.   • None of the voters comes from members of this school, as far as I know. User:Dvdgmz did coordination works with the school (please see Commons:Serra i Abella as pointed by Ezarate). I case of doubt, I suggest checking users contributions.

This image was produced as a part of a project aimed getting illustrations of subjects where a free photography is not available. This project is known by a lot of editors of Catalan Wikipedia, and this nomination has been announced there. I hope this may bring some attention to valued image and get more nominations and more participants to reviews, and produce a benefit to the Valued Image project.

Anyway, I would like to get some feedback from users more experienced in the valued images process - as I asked in nomination. If this nomination is OK, I would like to nominate other images of the same kind.--Pere prlpz (talk) 14:24, 25 September 2012 (UTC)

Hi, I'm the user you refer. Thanks for you comments. I'm not from Serra i Abella school, but I was the "tutor" from wikipedian community who supervised the work of this student. This is part of wikiArS initiative to involve schools of art to collaborate with Wikipedia. Our role, as volunteers, are detecting gaps of images and to ask schools to produce it. Also our role is to follow the process and orientate the students to produce the kind of images that are appropriate for Commons.   • Any file submitted to Commons may be a copyvio. Images in this project are said to be produced after documentation using available images, videos and other media, but not to be a copy of a particular image. In fact, the artists are students in upper grades, so they are expected to be able to produce a reliable portrait without copying a photo, since they are nearly to be professionals. Then, there isn't any reason to suspect that this image is a copyvio - at least, not more reasons than for any other image submitted to Commons.--Pere prlpz (talk) 14:24, 25 September 2012 (UTC)
    • Avoid copying and derived work is in which we insist more. The student should to see several images, moving images if its possible. And then to produce several sketches to familiarize with the person before producing the final portrait.       • If we can be confident this is not a derivative of a copyrighted work, then I think it is suitable. Guti

Ep, molt bé! Dóna alegria, per la estudiant que ho ha fet (ara li escric) i perquè confirma que la iniciativa de treballar amb les escoles està ben encaminada. Per cert, la estudiant ha pujat una versió amb més resolució de la imatge del Guti. Què et sembla si la torno a intentar nominar per a Featured Image? (el que es va dir és només que no arribava als 2Mpx, ara són 2,3Mpx)

Lo del set crec que és clar el cas del Messinià. Potser com a imatges independents es poden discutir, però com a conjunt de l'assecament i re-inundació és únic.

Veig difícil lo de fer tots els retrats d'un àmbit, perquè hi sol haver algun personatge que sí que té foto lliure. Per tant estic d'acord que el millor serà que els anem nominant un a un.

Pel que fa al set del Messinià m'ho miraré amb detall a veurè què.

Pel que fa als Featured jo entenc que són imatges bones en la seva tipologia que es destaquen en portada, hi ha bastanta diversitat tot i que dominen les fotos i els quadres antics.
