Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Ja, das Problem besteht allein in der Wahl der richtigen Lizenz für das Logo und der für Laien sehr komplexen und komplizierten :Benutzeroberfläche dieser Seite. Wie auch auf den internationalen Seiten des Unternehmens ist das Logo korrekt und es gilt aufgrund :geringer Schöpfungshöhe nur marken-/namensrechtlicher Schutz. Hallo PresseAO,

ich war fast schon dabei AO offiziell zu kontaktieren. Bist du dir mit der Schöpfungshöhe wirklich sicher (Auskunft der Rechtsabteilung) oder ist da der Wunsch der Vater ....? Ich persönlich finde nicht, dass der Fisch samt seinem Schattenwurf geringe Schöpfungshöhe hat. Aber wir freuen uns natürlich, wenn das der Fall ist und das Logo dementsprechend hier hochgeladen werden kann. Da ich mich sonst nicht viel mit Logos beschäftige, weiß ich spontan nicht, welche Lizenz angemessen wäre. Bei "geringer Schöpfungshöhe" wäre eigentlich etwas PD-mäßiges am passendsten. Es gibt eine Vorlage für reine Textlogos, aber die passt hier ja nicht. Du kannst ja mal selbst die Category:Logos of Germany auf ein vergleichbar angelegtes Logo durchsuchen und dann schauen, wie dieses lizensiert wurde. Ansonsten kannst du es auch mit einer unserer Standardlizenzen CC-BY-SA versehen, wobei aber jemand als Lizenzgeber (normalerweise der Urheber) auftreten muss. Das könnte das eure Rechtsabteilung sein, oder, sofern autorisiert, die Presseabteilung, die uns eine Genehmigung nach dem Muster in Commons:Emailvorlagen (Einverständniserklärung) schicken müsste.
