File:Nick Mathewson The Tor Project.png has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

spelling correction request[edit]

Hi, could you correct a small spelling mistake? The spelling is here:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:WebDAV_sample_collaborative_authoring.png

the correction would be: extention -> extension

I figure it might be easier for you to correct it than for me, since I don't know how to access the source of that PNG image.

If you can't I might attempt to do it at some point, since the image is used in this useful article:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WebDAV#Implementation

Hi, apologies for the typo. The file was created using “draw.io” a while ago and I no longer have access to source code (XML file). To correct the typo I might want to manually edit the image file using GIMP or similar programs to override the incorrect spelling (using a white overlay and a text on top of that). If that’s acceptable, I could do it ASAP. WikiLinuz (talk) 09:51, 6 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Kaicarver: I have uploaded a better image (and fixed the typo): https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:WebDAV_collaborative_authoring.png WikiLinuz (talk) 22:33, 6 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

potential bit flip in the patricia tree example[edit]

Hi WikiLinuz, thanks for your great example for the Patricia Tree at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Patricia_tree_ASCII_to_binary.png . I noticed that the Strings seem to contain a wrong bit 11 for "in*" strings, according to the binary codes above bit 3 is 0. Please feel free to ignore if I misunderstood. Have a great day!
