Copyright Tags

Hi. Could you add copyright tags to the images you uploaded (Image:Kundschafter.jpg Image:Schalmei.jpg Image:Polizeihund.jpg Image:Wader1.jpg Image:Attac1.jpg Image:Agendanullen.jpg Image:Sdaj.jpg Image:Punk.jpg Image:Werdenreichennichtnimmt.jpg)? For now I have tagged your images as "Unknown". If there are no tags, the images may have to be deleted. Meine Güte, es ist ein Foto eines Wegweisers, hat beim Hundespaziergang zufällig mein Fotohandy dabei ;-) da kann man ja bald gar nix mehr fotografieren. Meinste ich sollte meine bessere Kamera nehmen und meinen Hund daneben setzen, damit es als eigenständiges Kunstwerk gilt und nicht mehr als URV? Na ja ich klebe nicht dran, aber immerhin hat der Bildeintrag einige Texteditionen in den letzten Tagen ergeben, das freut mich.Malula 23:12, 13 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Hoi Malula, ich hab dieses Bild zur Löschung vorgeschlagen. Du kannst doch nicht einfach Bücher abfotografieren und nicht einmal die Quelle angeben! Das Urheberrecht schützt Bücher Bilder und Musikstücke, sie können grundsätzlich nur mit Einverständnis des Autors kopiert werden. Grusss --Ikiwaner 07:20, 14 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Ach Leute, ich habe doch nicht ganze Bücher abfotografiert, sondern lediglich eine Seite aus dem Buch zu Anschauung. tschuldigung, die Quelle ist in dem Artikel genannt, für das ich es gebraucht habe, ok ich werd es in der Bildbeschreibung auch angeben. Aber ich lege Wert drauf, dass ich es nicht kopiert habe, wer ein Buch veröffentlicht, muss damit rechenen, dass das Buchtitel dargestellt wird. Ich weiss von was ich rede, bin selbst Verlegerin.

• "Auf Wunsch und Nachfrage werden die Fotos für bestimmte Veröffentlichungen gegen Unkostenerstattunug zur Verfügung gestellt (...)" und
• "Folgende Einschränkungen sind aus Sicherheits- und Urheberrechtsgründen zu beachten: An Privatpersonen werden maximal 5 Bilder ausgegeben. Wenn sich auf einem der Bilder weniger als drei Personen befinden und mindestens ein Portrait dieser Personen erkennbar ist, wird das Bild nur gegen die Vorlage einer lesbaren und überprüfbaren Kopie des Personalausweises ausgegeben. (...)".

Kannst Du den Sachverhalt bitte etwas erläutern? Bist Du selbst für rotbild verantwortlich? Wenn ja, dann lässt sich das bestimmt einfach überprüfen. Ansonsten hoffe ich, dass Dir bekannt ist, dass die Commons-Bilder allesamt auch kommerziell verwertet werden dürfen (Inhalt der GFDL) ... es klingt nicht so, als wäre das im Sinne der rotbild-Betreiber. Insofern müssten diese Bilder als nicht lizenzkonform wieder gelöscht werden. --:Bdk: 03:16, 21 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Nein, es ist abgeklärt ich lade Bilder von malula, rotbild, redbird und deym@nn. Mit den letzten dreien ist es abgeklärt, Malula bin ich selbst.

Du mußt sehen, dass die jeweiligen hochgeladenen Fotos ja in sehr kleiner Größe sind und so von der Qualität für z.B. für Zeitungen nicht zu gebrauchen. So kann auch der Fotojournalist rotbild seine Netzausgaben freigeben. Malula 23:34, 21 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Hm, ok, aber das wird so nach wie vor nicht aus den Bildangaben deutlich, vielleicht kannst Du da etwas genauer mit den Quellangaben sein. Kommerzielle Verwendung geht ja schließlich mit der GFDL auch im Netz (mit vorhandener Qualität). Auch eine Verwendung in einem anderen (womöglich entgegengesetzten) politischen Rahmen ist damit möglich. Den meisten "Angefragten" und vor allem abgebildeten Personen dürfte das so nicht klar sein. Zur Klarstellung: die GNU-FDL erlaubt eine Kommerzielle und anderweitige Verwendung auch durch den "politischen Gegen". Aber: das Recht am eigenen Bild bleibt von der GNU-FDL unberührt. Das heisst abgebildete Personen können gegen sowas immer Einspruch erheben. Wie gut sich das allerdings durchsetzen lässt, ist eine andere Frage, besonders Nazis haben ihre Server gerne in den USA.

@Malula: Wenn du mit den Autoren der Photos absprachen hast die über das hinausgehen, was auf deren Webseite steht, dann dokumentiere dass am besten hier auf deiner Benutzerseite bzw. einer Unterseite (z.B. User:Malula/rotbild) und setze einen Link auf diese Seite auf die Bildbeschreibungsseiten. -- Duesentrieb 12:31, 28 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Kategorisieren von Bildern

Hallo - vielen Dank für deine Bilder. Mir ist allerdings aufgefallen, dass du deine Bilder recht allgemein einsortierst, viele zum Beispiel direct in die Category:Politics. Das Wird schnell unübersichtlich. Nimm doch bitte möglichst präziese Kategorien (zum Beispiel: Category:Political music, Category:Political cabaret, Category:Activism, Category:Holocaust, Category:Non-governmental organizations, etc; Wenn Personen abgebildet sind, am besten auch noch Category:German people, etc). Wenn du keine passende Kategorie findes, lege sie einfach an - sortiere die Kategorieseite einfach in geegnete überkategorien ein. Danke! -- Duesentrieb 12:25, 28 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Please explain on the image description page why you believe that the holders of the following apparently copyrighted works have licensed them under those two licenses, or why you believe they are public domain, fair use, de minimis or otherwise compatible with the GFDL and CC_BY-SA licenses:

• The SDAJ with a * over the J logo
• The jeans design

If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikimedia Commons (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page. If the content is a derivative of a copyrighted work, you need to supply the names and a licence of the original authors as well.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag, then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} to release it under the multilicense GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.

Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Malula. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Malula~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.

Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
