Critically evaluate Flickr licenses
File:The Jackson 5.jpg has been marked as a copyright violation. You may have preserved the information shown on Flickr correctly when transferring the image here, but the Flickr uploader is not the copyright holder of this image. Either the image was created by someone else, or it is a derivative of someone else's work. As stated in Commons:Licensing, only the copyright holder may issue a license, so the one shown on Flickr is invalid. Always remember to critically evaluate Flickr licenses. Photostreams with professional-looking photographs, album covers, posters, and images in a wide range of styles or quality taken by many different cameras often indicate that the Flickr uploader either does not understand or does not care about copyright matters. See Commons:Questionable Flickr images for a list of known bad Flickr users.

Pay attention to copyright
File:Michael_Jackson_&_Jacksons.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.

The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.)

Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

This photo is from the world economic forum, photo by Kaori Nishida. the world economic forum releases tons of images under free licenses, so you are stealing from someone who is willings to donate his work for free. --Martin H. (talk) 07:29, 26 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

My works--登山家 (talk) 10:02, 1 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thats not exactly what I asked. Anyway, if this photo (of August 2009, as you claim) is your work, then why was it upload to Flickr in November 2008 and there is claimed to be from October 2008[1]? --Túrelio (talk) 10:24, 1 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You give us no reason to belive you. Youve extracted Hayao Miyazaki from http://www.flickr.com/photos/diana-loves-anpan/3821227911/ and claimed it your own work, you have uploaded several images befor under wrong authorship assertions including some from other flickr users (http://www.flickr.com/photos/seics12/2444693801/) - so you claimed to be >3 different person, thats not true. Stop copying images from anywhere else and please pay attention to copyright finaly. I delete the rest of likely unfree images on sight, this is your last chance to work correctly here. If you not have created photographs yourself you may help us with categorization the images we already have but not to intrude Commons with stolen images. Thanks, --Martin H. This media was probably deleted.
A file that you have uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, File:Polar (Japan).jpg, was missing information about where it comes from or who created it, which is needed to verify its copyright status. Blocked[edit]

{{autotranslate|base=Blocked user|1=Repeated uploading of inappropriately sourced or licensed media |2=}}

--miya (talk) 02:37, 5 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

--miya (talk) 06:58, 5 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There are many photos taken with Panasonic camera - are they your own work taken by yourself?
--miya (talk) 01:01, 6 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you understand what was wrong and if you promise that you will not upload any file except your own photos which you take with your camera by yourself, then I think I can unblock you.
--miya (talk) 07:36, 6 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I unblocked you because you promised not to upload other people'sphotos.
--miya (talk) 13:03, 6 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Do not hide other persons' comments[edit]

Hello, Tozanka. Miya unblocked you because Miya hoped that you will continue your activities here, on Commons. Your deed which made your discussion page containing warnings and messages of other people empty means, in a sense, vandalism. Your apology means only you are the person who cannot respect and observe the rules and good manners in these projects including Commons (We have known you did same deeds in other Wikimedia projects). So I reverted your edit. Sorry, but please understand. --Meddle (talk) 10:21, 8 December 2009 (UTC) minor change. --Meddle (talk) 13:52, 8 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

--Meddle (talk) 10:21, 8 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File:Polar (Japan).jpg[edit]

--210.251.252.225 00:28, 15 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
