Eso veo, casi todas las imagenes estan siendo restauradas pero todavía tienen el cartel rojo que dice violan los derechos de autor.

Se han restaurado fotos desde el 2010 hasta hoy y las que lo necesitaban han sido marcadas con el permiso. Las anteriores deberás volver a subirlas debido a su antigüedad.
Para acelerar todo, sives que me he olvidado alguna dímelo y las que subas que sean de esa web márcalas con {{OTRS pending}} y me avisas por aquí para que directamente les ponga el definitivo. Saludos. --Alan (talk) 16:01, 8 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hace par de días envié una solicitud a otra persona propietaria de una web de fotos y estoy en espera de su respuesta. Tampoco es para perder la fe. Los compañeros han actuado bien por protocolo, una cuenta de email de gmail se crea en 3 minutos y no garantiza la autoría. Imagina que yo ahora me creo wikimedia.foundation@gmail.com, evidentemente no sería un email válido. Cuando se manda el permiso de una web (llamémosla por ejemplo lawedeejemplo.com) la autorización debe ser enviada por un email lo-que-sea@lawedeejemplo.com. En este caso ha habido suerte y he encontrado forma de relacionar la web con ese email, pero si te soy sincero, es algo que no hacemos nunca. Recibimos miles de emails y no podemos dedicar horas a un solo "ticket" o esto no saldría adelante. Recuerda avisar del tema del email en futuras solicitudes de permiso para ahorrar estos problemas, y si no lo tienen, que en algún sitio de esa web pongan que el email xxxxx@gmail.com es bueno. Ok, la verdad es que cuando se hacen las cosas de firma masiva siempre van quedando errores. Hace un rato he quitado también yo a 3 imágenes que eran de flickr. No creo que queden muchos errores ya. 2nd, 3rd and 4 appears in that source using the "image slider", but I changed to your provided direct link.
The 1st photo... concerns me in that it has been able to pass, and the fault is mine. if I can't find, always use Google Images (I remember it well). But in this case I forgot to change the source. It seems to me serious. if you want, as another license reviewer, I resign to the permission. Only must tell me.

Hi Denniss. Yes, correct license is the by-sa, fixed. At this moment i'm talking with uploader (see here User_talk:Alan#Tratemos_el_asunto_por_aquí) about this case. This is a complicated issue, with a "mass undeletion", review all images 1 to 1, tag with speedy no valid photos, ... and there are +100 images. Utilizar permiso OTRS para otro tipo de imágenes.

Permiso añadido a las 2. Te he corregido la fuente de ambas, procura por favor que enlace a la página donde aparece la imagen. Ejemplo esto. No te preocupes, no me molesta para nada ayudarte. Why do you think this gallery is out of scope? I see a lot of galleries while doing New Page Patrol and it seems to me that this easily fits within the guidelines at COM:Galleries -- it is a collection of images on a single subject with two sentences of description. The woman has an entry, albeit short, at IMDB and a long article on WP:ES, so she apparently meets our requirements for notability. .     Jim . . . . It's certainly a gray area -- I'm pretty tough on new galleries -- I delete twenty or thirty every day -- and I might have deleted this one a couple of years ago -- but a couple of trips to UnDR on galleries that I had deleted made it clear that the community thinks that a couple of sentences are OK. I now tend to agree. After all, we allow considerable description on each image, so why not a short description of the subject of a gallery? .     Jim . . . . misleading renaming

Dear Alan, as the photographer of File:Route 404 06 2012-03-17.jpg may I state that the photo shows Route 404 and not Highway 50 as it was taken before the name change. The discussion on enwiki relates to the road in general, the photo to a specific point in time. This is why I deem this name change (these name changes) erroneous. Away for a couple of days. User:Atefrat has replied since, pointing out that renaming Route 404 into Highway 50 was officially already done in 2011 but street signs were still unchanged early 2012. Greetings Alan! I don't understand what happened. 00:57, 27 May 2013‎ you renamed "Route 404 06 2012-03-17.jpg" to "IL Highway 50 06 2012-03-17.jpg based on the fact that "50" was the correct designation of the highway. Then, 11:12, 27 May 2013‎, you reversed the change and renamed the file back to "Route 404 06 2012-03-17.jpg"! Was that in respnse to User:KlausFoehl's assertion that the highway was named "404" at the time of the photo? That assertion was mistaken. See User talk:Atefrat#misleading renaming. Wow, it seems like were online at the same time. I see that you put back the "50" name. In a discussion with KlaseFoel, I find that he wants to change the name again, though keeping the "50".
