There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful informations about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

Arra várnék választ, hogy a Commons elvei érvényesek a hu.wiki-re is? Szóval ott se fogadható el a cc-nd-nc? Ha igen akkor, miért nem? Azonkívűl, hogy az en.wikin ez az irányelv érvényes van észérv? -- Iecs (talk) 01:27, 1 June 2010 (UTC)

Nem, nem a "Commons elvei" érvényesek, de ennek ellenére minden wikimedia projekt célja szabad tartalmakat fenntartani kivéve, ha kizárt, hogy egy nem szabad tartalmat szabad tartalommal tudjunk helyettesíteni. Így a hu.wp is erősen kerüli az NC és ND kitételeket.
Azért, mert nem szabad:
- Az NC (No commercial use) nem használható fel szabadon, mivel tiltja az üzleti célú felhasználást
- Az ND (No derivative works) nem módosítható, vagy dolgozható be nagyobb műbe: ez szintén a felhasználását korlátozza.

Ezek az észérvek. Az első eset például megakadályozza, hogy a DVD-n kiadott Wikipédiában képek szerepeljenek ("üzleti felhasználás"), a második pedig például hogy a képpel ellátott Wikipédia cikkeket valaki akár tankönyvben felhasználja. --grin ✎ 20:21, 1 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
