Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Se tiene que enviar a la siguiente dirección de correo electrónico permissions-commons@wikimedia.org hay que poner el nombre del archivo tal y como se llamaba cuando se subió, es decir File:Donatoleon.jpg --Jcfidy (talk) 16:27, 1 November 2015 (UTC)

 añado tal vez lo que puedes hacer, creo que es mejor, es rellenar en word el modelo que hay aquí y enviarle el archivo word luego él puede enviartelo a ti o, preferible, a la dirección email que te puse antes. --Jcfidy (talk) 16:37, 1 November 2015 (UTC)

Ya contacté con el hijo, cuando rellene el formulario me lo puede enviar a mi email y desde allí lo reenvío a donde tú me indiques o te lo remito a ti. Meterlo a él en líos de Commons es como para desanimarle y que desista.

En fin, ahora me toca esperar a que tenga tiempo libre para rellenar el formulario y remitírmelo. Aunque no estaría mal saber si tiene que poner su firma o poner su DNI. Yo personalmente veo más correcto poner su DNI, pues éste es único, mientras que la firma la puede falsificar cualquiera. Ya me cuentas al respecto.--Miguelsalas (talk) 18:33, 1 November 2015 (UTC)

 Comment Indicar a lo dicho por Jcfidy que todo lo que se envía la dirección de permisos es tratado bajo las más estrictas condiciones de privacidad y solo podemos acceder a verlo X personas que hemos firmado los documentos de seguridad y privacidad. A nivel público solo se indicará un número de registro. Digo esto por si existe algún reparo en indicar/adjuntar algún documento de identificación personal. Un saludo.
