Please stop changing the flag now, because it is very stupid to change now what has not changed since 2008, especially since you have no evidence that your colors are correct. First of all, you should focus on the flag of the Krasnodar krai, since its idea was taken from the flag of Kuban. And by the way, when I was at school they showed us exactly this flag as the flag of Kuban.
