Any misuse observed? It is permitted to work as IP or with an alternative account as long this is not misused. In this case, the IP declared openly that it is not using its regular account and henceforth abstaining from issuing a vote in the discussion. @AFBorchert: Calling one's own logged-in account "sock-master" in an edit isn't enough? I thought having a "sock-master" was by definition one editing in an unauthorized manner while one's "sock-master" was blocked, regardless of the content of the edits. "A blocked user is restricted from editing" and "IP addresses used to evade a block may and should also be blocked" per COM:BP. I did not ask at COM:RFCU due to our privacy policy, and I don't know who the "sock-master" might be.   — Jeff G. ツ 15:53, 22 October 2017 (UTC)

User:Kundali Bhagya

So this is probably Shiwam Kumar Sriwastaw's new sock.

The accounts have been re-uploading images of Kundali Bhagya which then get deleted as copyright violation. Examples:

Also on enwiki, Amzon-net india added an image to enwiki, which got delinked later. Then, Kundali Bhagya added the (allegedly) same image into the same article, which also got delinked later.

Based on these, Kundali Bhagya is likely the same as Amzon-net india, which is a sock of Shiwam Kumar Sriwastaw, and they are evading blocks. -★- PlyrStar93. _{→Message me. ←} 01:24, 24 October 2017 (UTC)

User:Angeliquerock

User Angeliquerock must be one among the "army" of puppets and SPA accounts that promote Angelique Rockas in all WPs.

For an overview, see tha cases (in el-WP, all accounts globally blocked):

1. User:Kyrilo36 reported by User:Chalk19
2. global blocking of user Amfithea, and Amfithea's Wikipedia sockpuppets)
3. user Sliverug, and user Chlorissima (see also this)

User Chlorissima's fist two contibutions at Commons were the creating of File:Emmones Idees poster.jpg and File:Angelique Rockas as Nereida in Costas Ferris film `Oh Babylon!`.jpg. History of both files shows that right after user Chlorissima, user Angeliquerock took over, and user Amfithea and/or its puppet user Johanprof followed. There is no doubt that user Angeliquerock belongs to the Rockas' army of accounts, she (?) is directry related to Chlorissima, and most likely is Angelique Rockas, the real person. As I have already noticed elsewhere, the way (the typing/writing) Chlorissima replied at en-WP after I wrote on her (?) talk page, is very similar to the way Angeliquerock writes in her (?) talk page at Commons, esp. the multiple signing;

Another stirking similarity is the pattern of using seperation lines between paragraphes/sections by typing consecutive hyphensis, in common with sockmaster's Amfithea master puppet user Johanprof, and minor puppet user Kyrilo36 (see also: el:Talk:Angelique Rockas, and el:Συζήτηση:Ανζελίκ Ρόκας, the Greek-language article on rockas talk page). ——Chalk19 (talk) 07:27, 26 October 2017 (UTC)
