Stemma di Cortina d'Ampezzo

Qual era il problema con Cortina d'Ampezzo? A me funzionava bene la trasparenza, hai una schermata dell'errore? Con che browser si presentava il problema? Si presentava anche nelle altre wikipedie? Categoria doppione da eliminare

Ciao Idéfix, in seguito a discussione si è deciso che la categoria Category:Coats of arms of Italian cities debba essere eliminata. Al suo posto per gli stemmi va usata la Category:Coats of arms of Italian municipalities. Ti prego d'ora in poi di inserire gli stemmi dei comuni italiani solo in questa categoria (o meglio in una sua sottocategoria regionale appropriata). Semolo75 14:30, 9 March 2006 (UTC)

Ti segnalo inoltre che copiando le immagini da it.wiki in Commons, se non fatto bene, si può generare un problema. La presenza dell'immagine sia in it.wiki che in Commons è un motivo sufficiente per far cancellare l'immagine originale in it.wiki (vedi it:Categoria:NowCommons). Se nell'immagine in Commons non vengono riportate le informazioni dell'immagine originale queste possono essere perse con la cancellazione di quest'ultima. Non è quindi sufficiente indicare che l'immagine è copiata da it.wiki. L'informazione completa dovrebbe contenere il sito originale da cui it.wiki ha preso l'immagine, il nome dell'autore dell'immagine, e il permesso concesso dall'autore per l'utilizzo della sua immagine. In particolare, le immagini degli stemmi dei comuni in it.wiki sono state autorizzate con licenza GFDL dall'autore di due siti web (qui c'è l'email con cui ha concesso l'autorizzazione; questa pagina andrebbe idealmente linkata da tutte le immagini che provengono dai suoi siti). Vedi ad esempio quanto indicato in Image:Abbiategrasso-Stemma.png (per il sito digilander.libero.it/tdsotm2) e Image:Albenga-Stemma.png (per il sito www.araldicacivica.it). Attenzione

Ciao, ho visto che hai modificato la descrizione di alcune immagini già presenti in Commons sulla base di quanto ti avevo suggerito e ti ringrazio per il lavoro. Ti prego però di fare attenzione e di controllare bene l'immagine originale su it.wiki prima di scrivere le informazioni. Un esempio: in Image:Alberobello-Stemma.png hai scritto che l'immagine è copiata da it.wiki e che proviene in origine dal sito digilander.libero.it/tdsotm2/. Andando però a controllare l'immagine originale it:Immagine:Alberobello-Stemma.png c'è scritto che "L'immagine proviene dal sito istituzionale del Comune di Alberobello" (tra l'altro il sito del comune non ha autorizzato l'uso dello stemma e l'immagine originale di it.wiki è fair use, e in Commons non può stare). Per lo stemma in questione ora cerco una nuova immagine che sia GFDL e la carico al posto di quella già esistente. In futuro fai più attenzione. Se il lavoro che ti chiedo di fare per te è troppo pesante, noioso e ripetitivo, allora puoi continuare a caricare le immagini in Category:Coats of arms of Italian cities, dove andrò un po' alla volta a controllarle io e a smistarle nella giusta posizione. Coats of arms of the cities and villages of Sicily

Ciao Idefix, thank you for filling the Category:Coats of arms of the cities and villages of Sicily with new "stemme". In the subcategories of Category:Sicilia, we generally have the pictures in articles and not in the category. In this case, however, this may be different, since it corresponds to the general procedure in the Coats of arms tree. Nevertheless, I would ask you to put the images not only into the category, but also into the corresponding article Coats of arms of the cities and villages of Sicily, sorted by province. --Bjs 06:49, 27 March 2006 (UTC)

Palio di Siena

Hello, I have just seen that someone added your image (Sienapalio0001.jpg) to the Italian Wikipedia. I thought you had to know that you can't license it with Creative Commons, because it contains some symbols and colors from a Contrada which are copyrighted by the Consorzio di Tutela del Palio di Siena ([1]). I will remove it from our Wiki and I do ask you to obtain permissions to use this image to the Consorzio before sharing it on Commons. Thank you, Elitre, —87.6.8.160 19:47, 17 April 2006 (UTC)

Correct information

Hello Idéfix, could you please always copy full information when transferring images that were made by other users? It is important to link the original authors user page - especially if his nick differs from his real name. And please copy the basic information on an image's history (whe was it uploaded on which project with which exact URL by whom) … please see this example for what has to be fixed.

It would still be impossible for me to get in contact with the photographer of Image:Asconadelta.jpg, if I wouldn't be an experienced user and know where to seek. Yes, I really had to seek the original image, because you copied it with a slightly different file name and you didn't give the Wikipedia name of the author …
