はじめまして、組曲師と申します。表題のファイルについてですが、「ゆにクリエイト様と電子メールにてやり取りを行い～」とのことですが、まだCommons:OTRSが発行されておりません。ソースの動画がCC BYで公開されていますので、本来問題ありませんが、電子メールでのやり取りを1度行っているため、念のため記録のためにも発行の手続きをして頂ければ幸いです。よろしくお願いいたします。 --組曲師 (talk) 07:10, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

私の理解では、OTRSを通すやり取りは「著作権帰属者自身が」Commonsへ直接画像を提供する場合に限られるはずです（Commons:メール・テンプレートも参照のこと）。詳細なやり取りの内容については ja:ノート:餅月ひまり#本記事主題および草稿の作成にまつわる stck_w のタイムラインの開示 にも記載した通りですが、ゆにクリエイト様に対してはOTRSを通した利用許諾・動画のライセンス変更の2案を私から提示した上で、後者を選んでいただきました。一般に、YouTube上で CC BY ライセンス下で提供された動画から切り抜かれた画像等のメディアは、管理者あるいは査読者からのレビューが行われるだけでライセンス審査が済むはずですし、そのライセンスが今後撤回されたとしても削除されるべきではありません。私は私自身の手続きについて特に問題ないと考えていますが、CC-BYで提供された動画からの切り抜きであれ著作権帰属者からの利用許諾が必要とする理由をご提示いただけますでしょうか。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。--stck_w (Talk/Edits） 07:28, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Stck wさん 手続き的には問題ありませんが、以前のDRでOTRSに通すことを提言されていた方がいらっしゃったので、今回直接やり取りがあったことを証明するために許諾書を載せていただければ、コミュニティにより許諾されていることが明示できるのではないかと思ったところでの提言です。OTRSを適用しないのであれば、File talk:Himari Mochizuki 2020.jpgやファイルの説明文に ja:ノート:餅月ひまり#本記事主題および草稿の作成にまつわる stck_w のタイムラインの開示 にリンクを掲載していただければ幸いです。これらは強要ではありますせんので、一案としてお受け取り下さい。 --組曲師 (talk) 07:42, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@組曲師さん: ありがとうございます。キズナアイについては昨日偶然 組曲師さんのnoteの記事 を拝見していまして、Commonsの方もなかなか面倒な利用者がいるものだなという感想を持っていました（スキも押しておきました）。その削除依頼を読む限り、OTRSが必要と述べているのはライセンス周りのことを誤認している 利用者:Ipatrol に限られるようです（その下で 利用者:Techyan さんもOTRSは必要ないと発言されています）。最近は著名な方々が自身のYouTubeチャンネルを持つことが増え、そこでCC-BY下でアップロードされた動画を典拠とした画像も増えているはずなのですがね……（私の投稿歴）。
実際、ライセンスの理解が十分でない利用者がいて Commons:Deletion requests/File:Kazusa Okuyama 2019 (1).jpg のような削除依頼が提起される例は私も知っていますが、jawpでの無謀な削除依頼（削除の方針のどのケースに合致するか記載しない etc.）と同等レベルのいちゃもんだと思っていますので、よほどでない限り問題にはならないかと思います（キズナアイのケースは不憫だったと思います。大変お疲れさまでした）。万一削除依頼が発起された場合は私も応戦するつもりでいますが、念のためファイルの説明文に ja:ノート:餅月ひまり#本記事主題および草稿の作成にまつわる stck_w のタイムラインの開示 を掲載し、画像解説文の英訳も用意したいと思います。ご親切にお知らせ頂きまして大変ありがとうございました。--stck_w (Talk/Edits） 08:04, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
