Я говорю то, что фото Шафика было обрезано с биллютня:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Egypt_ballot_Paper, _first_round_2012.jpg ,который не проиворечит правилам! Также фотографии Турчинова переданы в общественное достояние, так как размещены на сайте Верховной Рады Украины (как с правительством США). Георгий Вовк (talk) 19:30, 15 March 2014 (UTC)
По закону только официальные документы высших органов власти Украины не защищаются АП (то есть законы, постановления и т.п.), к сайту это не относится. В каждой стране свои законы. В США все, что на сайтах .gov и .mil, в общественном достоянии, в Украине и России же законы другие.--Anatoliy (talk) 19:33, 15 March 2014 (UTC)

Але він при цьому не вилучає українські, тобто фактично відносить їх до обох. Не впевнений, чи варто тут відкочувати. Мабуть краще десь на форумі обговорити.--Anatoliy (talk) 10:58, 20 March 2014 (UTC)
Ну та й що, на якій основі він відносить їх до російських категорій?! Просто тому що в Росії так вважають? ОК, зараз я створю категорію Category:Ukrainian areas annexed by Nazi Russia, за аналогією Category:Polish areas annexed by Nazi Germany. І приведу джерела! Анексією ці події називають в усіх країнах, а фашизмом події вчора назвав навіть посол Франції в ООН (на Раді безпеки), а в Україні це вже звично. Але чи буде це коректним із мого боку? Я вважаю, що ні, але якщо росіяни будуть вести політичну війну у вікікоммонзі, то я теж почну. Просто наразі не хочу гаяти часу. Тому дуже прошу вас, як адміністратора, давайте або ставити зауваження і відкачувати всі ці правки, або серйозно підіймати це обговорення на вікікоммонзі. До речі теж стосується і невизнаних республік. Там і Абхазію до Росії записали, див. тут. Всі ті державотворення, які не визнаються ООН - не повинні визнаватись і тут. Адміністратори загалом такі самі користувачі як і інші, просто мають додаткові повноваження? Ви хочете, щоб я його заблокував? Чи захистити всі кримські категорії? Як на мене, тут втручання адміністратора наразі не потрібно. Спочатку треба обговорити, вирішити як правильно, потім уже (якщо не будуть погоджуватися), можна застосувати права адміна. Ні, я про те, що це питання слід піднімати. Сам я відкатати не можу. Коли я відкатав правки шовініста Новоросса, отримав від вас попередження за війну редагувань. І розумію що це правильно. Разрешите и свою позицию высказать, раз уж меня тут обсуждают. Как справедливо заметил Anatoliy, категории, относящиеся к Украине я сознательно ниодной не удалил. Категории в Википедии служат в том числе и для удобства навигации. Согласно действующему с сегодняшнего дня законодательсву России эти два региона включены в состав России. Это факт, признано ли это какими либо странами или организациями или нет (никто же не сомнивается в существовании Конституции России). Этот факт должен быть отражен в Википедии. Как и факт принадлежности их к Украине по украинскому законодательству. Заметьте, даже в русской Википедии спорные территории обозначены с двух точек зрения. Никакую "політичну війну" я не веду и вести не собираюсь. А вот вы, Юрий, ее ведете. Войну правок, за что следовало бы выписать еще одно предупреждение. Категории, созданные вами и вашими фантазиями, оставлю без комментариев. Пишу на русском языке, т.к. украинского не знаю (и такое бывает, в случае чего можно и переводчиком воспользоваться, если кто не поймет мои мысли, в чем я глубоко сомневаюсь).--NoGo (talk) 17:44, 21 March 2014 (UTC)
Я опираюсь на Украинское законодательство, которое признает территорию оккупированной. Напомню, США осудило оккупацию Крыма, надеюсь вы не будете протестовать против легитимности обоих палат конгресса США? Тогда приведу позицию Евросоюза, который называт аннексией политику России по отношению к Крыму. Соответственно я заменил категорию о принадлежности к России на категорию о принадлежности к аннексированным территориям. То, что я имею право откатать правки, мне подтвердил администратор Анатолий, сам я был не уверен. --Yuriy Kvach (talk) 09:40, 22 March 2014 (UTC)

Dear Ahonc/Archives,

The 2013 Picture of the Year competition has ended and we are pleased to announce the results: We shattered participation records this year — more people voted in Picture of the Year 2013 than ever before. In both rounds, 4070 different people voted for their favorite images. Additionally, there were more image candidates (featured pictures) in the contest than ever before (962 images total).

  • In the first round, 2852 people voted for all 962 files
  • In the second round, 2919 people voted for the 50 finalists (the top 30 overall and top 2 in each category)

We congratulate the winners of the contest and thank them for creating these beautiful images and sharing them as freely licensed content:

  1. 157 people voted for the winner, an image of a lightbulb with the tungsten filament smoking and burning.
  2. In second place, 155 people voted for an image of "Sviati Hory" (Holy Mountains) National Park in Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine.
  3. In third place, 131 people voted for an image of a swallow flying and drinking.

Category:Georgian areas occupated by Russia

Вітаю вас! Потрібна ваша консультація. Одна із створених мною категорій була номінована на видалення, гляньте тут: Commons:Deletion requests/Category:Georgian areas occupated by Russia. В решті, незважаючи на голоси проти видалення, її таки видалили, а разом із нею дві інші категорії, які взагалі не були номіновані. Як на це реагувати? Це не є порушення правил? Загалом, я вважаю, шо порушення, я би подавав запит на відновлення, однак там у назвах помилки. Англійською правильно буде occupied. Тому краще створити нові.--Anatoliy (talk) 11:25, 27 March 2014 (UTC)

Я створив нову категорію: Category:Georgian territories under occupation by Russia. Можете витягти зміст із видаленої категорії Category:Georgian areas occupated by Russia і перенести до нової. дякую, в принципі я передумав. Анексію ніхто не визнав, тому така категорія теж недоречна. Коли вирішиться питання стосовно грузинської категорії - створю Category:Ukrainian territories under occupation by Russia. Do you not know how to edit SVG files? Is there a reason you kept reverting to an inferiorly formated image with larger file size and strange blue outlines on the lower half, and you are incapable of asking another user to change the colours for you?
