Our first steps tour and our frequently asked questions will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy (Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content). You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki. More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump. |

File:Афганская_война_Бой_4-й_роты_у_кишлака_Коньяк_фото2.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.) Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Copyright violations
[edit]
Hello Дауди.
You have uploaded one or more files that are copyright violations. You have done so despite requests from editors not to do so, and despite their instructions. See Commons:Licensing for the copyright policy on Wikimedia Commons. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules by subject matter useful. This is your last warning. The next time you upload a file that violates copyright, you will be blocked. Please leave me a message if you have further questions. |

Apparently you claimed 'own work' on all files you uploaded but non of them is created by you. Thats the same as User:Веста007 and User:Foitex do, apparently we have a group - or so - of editors here on ru.wp who realy not got the point on Free content. This project is for free content only, not for random images that you grabbed from the internet and claimed own work on... --Martin H. (talk) 16:46, 21 November 2010 (UTC)
Hello
[edit]Our initiative group carried out a huge amount of work on the placement of information for Wikipedia to complement the historical material, which before our contribution to the Wikipedia did not exist. We operate within the recommendations of administrators of Wikipedia. At their request, we picked appropriate pictures (from corresponding region) from Wikipedia in order to improve the article with a visual material. We did not get any financial reward for it. In the future, please be careful in sharp terms used in correspondence, such as random and grabbing. It does not do you honor. I am convinced that this characteristic of our work in your terminology strongly harms Wikipedia, and does not contribute to the manifestation of the desire to do anything to Wikipedia. We inform you that a copy of this letter will be sent to the Central Office of Wikipedia. Please return to the article photos, which does not cause your objections in terms of copyright. - An picture is appropriate if it is free content. Free to reuse by anyone, anytime for any purpose including money making purposes. Therefore it must be public domain (70 years following the authors death) or the copyright holder must have published it under a free license allowing for free reuse. Both is not the case for images you just copied or images that you claimed to be the copyright holder (claiming {{Pd-self}}) although this is obviously not true. Images that are not free content might be appropriate from a contextual view but are fully inappropriate for our free content projects. See Commons:First steps/License selection and Commons:Licensing. --Martin H. (talk) 10:32, 22 November 2010 (UTC)
