I just wanted to say a huge thanks for your support in my RfB. It just closed, and I'm now a bureaucrat. If you ever want to discuss any of my actions, as a 'crat, admin, or plain old user, please don't hesitate to leave a note on my talk page.
Now you have to do this on EnWP! Cheers, giggy(:O) 10:43, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
Hello DanielB!. I sent the permission and it was rejected once (on august, 26), so I ask again to the autor of the image using an email template and sent the response again to OTRS on august, 29 (maybe I do something wrong, it's my first time uploading an image to commons). The first time it was rejected the ticket number was Ticket#2008082510000558, I don’t know if still being the same number for my second permission email to the OTRS (If that’s not the ticket number I could send you the permission again). -Carocbax (talk) 17:20, 8 October 2008 (UTC)
Permssion for Image:ICE-V-Demo Cars Side View.jpg
I have sent the according permission to email@example.com on August 27, 2008 at 23:58 local time, but have received no response so far. I have also not received a response for permission mails sent on September 10th and 16th to the above address. What should I do to get the accordding permissions inserted in time? --Bigbug21 (talk) 08:28, 11 October 2008 (UTC)
Hi, a while back, you asked me if it was ok, per an OTRS request, to blur the face of a under aged female appearing with neo-Nazis, in File:Aryan Guard 05.jpg, to which I agreed. I have been asked by the male on the right, wearing white, to have his faced blurred. He was a minor at the time. So, I think to be fair, we should do the same for him (apparently, he says he was the one who asked for the face blurring, but wasn't clear in the request). I could (and will shortly) simply upload a new version, but then that's easily revert. So, I'm asking you to do this, and delete the old version, if possible. I already pixelated him in the image on FlickR. --Rob (talk) 07:31, 13 December 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for uploading the new version. I'll try and get the old version deleted now. Daniel (talk) 03:24, 21 April 2010 (UTC)
Hello Daniel I have sent the mail "OTRS pending, FW: C96" to firstname.lastname@example.org on April 11, 2010. I will ask you to check if this mail contains the right information to give the permission. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kr2455 (talk • contribs)
Hi, my apologies for the delay in responding, it's been a busy couple of weeks. The ticket number in question is 2010041110009471. Unfortunately it's in German, so I won't be able to assist you :( The only thing I can suggest is looking through Category:Commons OTRS volunteers for someone who speaks German natively, as they may be able to help you. Sorry again, Daniel (talk) 03:21, 21 April 2010 (UTC)
I don't think this file needs permission, since I took the picture. If it does I would like OTRS to get permission. I don't have a wikimedia email address, so people tend not to answer me, such as when I asked for a picture of a chimp to be used. I think the publisher's web site is: http://www.marktwainproject.org Again, the file I'm talking about is: File:Autobiography of Mark Twain cover.jpg Thanks ---- Chucky 21:20Z1Mar2011 21:20, 1 March 2011 (UTC)
If you created this user page, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it.
Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!
