There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful information about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

Uploading files to Flickr, AFTER they have been deleted here will not work. Ronhjones  (Talk) 23:41, 22 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, "I" ask for speedydelete for this image (and the wrong uploaded too big "version")! After I've seen that it will works via Flickr. I'm the owner of this photo. The photograph (father/creator of the photo) has given it to me with all rights. After uploading the first one with wrong or missing copyrights (could not remember yet, it's my first experience her on WCOMMONS) - I realized that I can use Flickr images because the photographer have a Flickr account and it would be a nice way to say "thank you" to him. I ask the photographer, if he want upload a B/W version (in his Flickr album you can see the same but in color photo of Kim Okura). So he did. And so I did. I uploaded it here again - and ask for the speedydelete.
So, what can I do now? Could you help me, please!!! Or should/must I follow the "Commons:Wiederherstellungswünsche" (I posted this answer on your talk page too. But here, if sonmeone else is reading this. ) --Kamillenteefee (talk) 16:01, 23 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello.
Even if the photo is self-made, it constitutes a derivative work off the sculpture by Kim Okura. Permission from the sculptor is necessary to host it on Wikimedia Commons. Incnis Mrsi (talk) 10:46, 23 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Thank you for your note. I have the permission from the sculptor. Otherwise I would not upload/use it. I see now what is missing (source). Br--Kamillenteefee (talk) 15:15, 23 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Hello. Me again. Would you be so kind and take a look at the file, if it's now correct? Br --Kamillenteefee (talk) 15:49, 23 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
An Email from the sculptor is necessary. See Commons:Village pump/Copyright #Permission from the original artist for releasing a DW. Incnis Mrsi (talk) 20:25, 24 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Dear @Ronhjones: could you please! take a look again at this file her ( https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Kim_Okura_2016_Vienna.jpg ) I really do not understand why this now happens. There is everything in the licence text (Monochrome derivative of https://www.flickr.com/photos/helmutphotographie/27910499900/in/album-72157667984938004/, AND uploaded by the Flickr user to Flickr, under free license for uploading here https://www.flickr.com/photos/helmutphotographie/40051820175/ ) ?
@Patrick Rogel: please read above and the total info here: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Ronhjones#Uploading_files_to_Flickr,_AFTER_they_... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kamillenteefee (talk • contribs) 21:56, 24 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, I'm not sure where I shoud answer so that everybody can read the complete storie. Please follow the links above. --Kamillenteefee (talk) 22:09, 24 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
It's strange : the original color one is copyrighted and the derivatibe B&W is not... I've read but not quite understand the story. Perhaps @Ronhjones: will... --Patrick Rogel (talk) 22:19, 24 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Expanded the explanation. If the Flickr user wants to license the BW image as free then that's his prerogative, just like some people freely license a small image, and not a large one. The copyright holder can do what he wants - it's his image after all. Ronhjones  (Talk) 22:32, 24 March 2018 (UTC).[reply]
@Ronhjones: Thank you so much!--Kamillenteefee (talk) 22:36, 24 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
