Jak to możliwe żebyś zrobił (self-made) zdjęcie satelitarne? Self-made chodzi o wykonanie zdjęcia! Tylko i wyłącznie. To że weźmiesz zdjęcie od sąsiada np. i wykadrujesz np. i coś tam jeszcze zrobisz, nie daje Ci własności. A to oznacza wyrażenie self-made. Więc na pewno tu jest błąd. Po drugie z tego wynika, że nie ma podanego źródła. W efekcie końcowym cała licencja jest zła. Może jak powiesz skąd wziąłeś zdjęcie (z jakiego źródła) to może coś da się z tym zrobić. A więc nie jest to Twoje zdjęcie. Posiadanie odbitki zdjęcia nie daje Ci prawa do jego rozporządzania. Pomoc google prawna - "Możesz używać zdjęć uzyskanych za pomocą aplikacji (na przykład w swojej witrynie internetowej, blogu lub dokumencie tekstowym) pod warunkiem zachowania informacji o prawach autorskich i prawach własności, łącznie z logiem Google. Nie możesz ich jednak sprzedawać, udostępniać jako część swoich usług ani używać w produktach komercyjnych, takich jak książka lub program telewizyjny bez uprzedniego rozliczenia się w tym zakresie z firmą Google." To ograniczenie nie pozwala na zamieszczenie danego pliku na Commons. Jak widzę, plik został już skasowany (i poprawnie). Jest jeszcze jedna kwestia. Załóżmy że prześlesz później grafikę którą sam stworzysz - na przykład zdjęcie które wykonasz. Poza podaniem źródła (source) jako self-made, musisz podać jeszcze licencje. To tak jak byś dawał komuś zdjęcie i mówił. Masz, możesz je używać, ja je zrobiłem. Ale musisz jeszcze powiedzieć kiedy dokładnie można użyć. Czyli licencji.
