Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? A clarification about the notice up above

You indicated that the image of Biddle above is available under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license. According to Commons:Licensing, the relevant policy, Commons only accepts licenses that allow for use for any purpose, including commercial ones. Since Biddle is deceased, and thus no one can take any freely-licensed pictures of her, and so you could probably justify a fair-use upload on English Wikipedia only. Alternatively, if the archive is willing to relicense the photo under CC BY-SA 4.0 or some other suitable license, you could ask them to email permissions-commons@wikimedia.org with a statement clearly indicating that the photo is released under that license. The second option is preferable, but the first is probably easier.

@Vahurzpu: Thank you for the clarification! I'll admit to confusion and this being my first time uploading an image. I actually work at the archive, so I'll talk to our licensing person and see what we can do. Do you know if there's a timeline on deletion? --Mlekmoore (talk) 17:18, 15 October 2020 (UTC)

As it says on the file page, it will probably be deleted after October 20. However, this isn't irreversible: if Commons receives permission after that date, the file can be undeleted. If you're going to go the route of sending permission, I would also recommend you use/pass along the page Commons:Wikimedia OTRS release generator; this is a standard template for creating unambiguous permission releases. In particular, make sure that you have the filename.
