Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Lizenzprobleme auf Commons:Forum#User uploading images with wrong licensing

Hallo Siegfried Weiß, Deine uploads sind Gegenstand auf Commons:Forum. Bei File:Kalb, F W-Ammer-Altwasser.jpg habe ich mal den Anfang einer korrekten Bildbeschreibung gemacht. Das setzt natürlich voraus, dass das Bild nicht urheberrechtlich geschützt ist, das ist im deutschsprachigen Raum, wie Du aus kunsthistorischer Tätigkeit sicher weißt, 70 Jahre nach dem Tod des Urhebers der Fall, d.h. Bilder von Kalb sind geschützt und müssen hier gelöscht werden, es sei denn die Rechteinhaber, z.B. die Erben haben Dein Hochladen autorisiert, und Du weist dies über den ORTS Support nach. Für Rückfragen und Links zum ORTS-Support stehe ich Dir gerne zur Verfügung. Du kannst auch gerne das Wikipedia:WikiMUC besuchen. Auch File:Baumgartner, Peter-Foto.jpg ist ja nicht 2016 ! selbst gemacht--Oursana (talk) 22:30, 31 December 2016 (UTC)

Hallo Siegfried, vielen Dank für Dein Verständnis! Das Urheberrecht mag uns hier mal wieder nicht gefallen, dennoch müssen wir es leider beachten. Mich ärgert das auch, ich habe selbst zwei Artikel über Maler geschrieben, und nach aktueller Gesetzeslage ist es die nächsten 50-70 Jahre nicht möglich, ein Bild einzufügen. :-( --Stepro (talk) 23:56, 5 January 2017 (UTC)

If you created this file yourself, then you must provide a valid copyright tag.
