Edificios de Melilla

Hola MONUMENTA. Te felicito por el gran trabajo que estás haciendo sobre la arquitectura de Melilla. Si me permites darte un consejo, para los edificios que no tienen nombre propio, te recomendaría que nombraras las categorías con la dirección completa, de forma que tanto la vía como "Melilla" figuren en el nombre. Es decir, en lugar de Category:Avenida de la Democracia 8 poner Category:Avenida de la Democracia 8, Melilla o Category:Calle López Moreno 6, Melilla en lugar de Category:López Moreno, 6.
Te lo digo por propia experiencia, porque tarde o temprano se subirán archivos con una dirección similar pero de alguna ciudad de América Latina. Muchos archivos los suben bots que detectan las categorías automáticamente y te vas a encontrar que tus categorías se han rellenado con imágenes de edificios extraños de algún lugar como Guayaquil o Maracaibo (por poner un ejemplo) y luego tienes que ir tú quitándolos a mano de uno en uno.
Yo cometí el mismo error con edificios de Málaga, empecé nombrando como Category:Larios 5 y luego tuve que cambiarlo a Category:Calle Larios 5, Málaga, por lo que te aconsejo que empieces a hacerlo desde el principio.

@Discasto: no voy a revertir esos dos traslados o tendré que justificar al administrador que los ha aprobado el problema con el usuario. Otro implicado más a perder tiempo en el asunto.
MONUMENTA, espero que cumplas tu palabra de no volver a tocar el tema. A partir de ahora, cuando encuentres una imagen susceptible de traslado lo planteas en el café, Discasto, @Strakhov: o yo decidiremos si cumple la política.

Otro asunto, quizás más grave que los traslados, que he visto al repasar las imágenes. Resulta que tu preocupación por evitar la ambigüedad en el nombre de los archivos no coincide con el nombrado de categorías. En Category:Buildings in Melilla by name hay más de veinte categorías tituladas con un nombre y un número ¿Serán personajes célebres de Melilla: Category:Abdelkader 5, Melilla, militares Category:Comandante Benítez, Melilla, monjas famosas Category:Sor Alegría 6, Melilla? Lo que a ti te parece tan obvio que ni necesita anteponer la palabra "calle", obviamente no lo es para los no melillenses. Y, por supuesto, incumple la política de categorización. Primero porque el título es totalmente ambiguo, y segundo porque no se pueden crear categorías como churros para cada archivo. Las categorías son contenedores de archivos (en plural), si solo hay uno -y, al parecer, en la mayoría de ellas no es previsible que haya más- se categorizan en la superior, como Category:Streets in Melilla. Voy a borrar todos esos engendros, a crearlas correctamente: Category:Calle Sor Alegría, Melilla, etc, etc, y a agrupar los archivos incluyendo también en cada calle las "casas famosas". Además de borrar todas las redirecciones creadas a propósito ¿En serio has cometido el mismo error en todas?

No estoy de acuerdo, pero bueno. Y no, MONUMENTA no te va a ayudar mucho. Hay que borrar todas las categorías con un elemento. En lugar de marcar para borrar, lo que tenemos es esto. Wiki Loves Earth

Hola MONUMENTA, durante el mes de mayo, tiene lugar el concurso Wiki Loves Earth. Trata de conseguir material gráfico sobre los espacios naturales españoles. En el caso de Melilla (es:Anexo:Lugares de importancia comunitaria de Ceuta y Melilla), no tenemos ni artículo ni fotos del es:Barranco del Nano (la descripción y límites del espacio puedes verlos, por ejemplo, aquí). ¿Te animas a participar? ¿Tienes alguna foto del barranco del Nano? Hola, ¿por qué no te centras en esa buena labor que dices que estabas haciendo en Wikidata y dejas de blanquear categorías bajo la suposición de inaceptables redundancias o algo así, en ediciones dudosamente constructivas que implican el borrado de información en forma de prosa creada por otros usuarios (no por medio de plantillas)?
